The service and staff at this location is definitely number one. I had a minor issue with some stair threads that I ordered and Makayla, Matt and Janet were all very instrumental in resolving the problem and they are so pleasant to work with. Definitely worth the drive from St. Albert.

Went there for a lawnmower weed whacker and leaf blower bundle couldn't find it then asked an employee and she took us right to it. We asked her where the batteries were (needed another for the whacker) told us the asil and we found it right away and asked Dave for his assistance in opening the lock, we had our puppy with us and he respected him and kneeled down for pets. :)
Our cashier was also friendly and even asked if we needed a hand loading we didn't but I thanked her for the offer.
We were in and out in about 10 minutes well worth the hour drive.

A great store with a lot of selection and helpful staff

This store has became one of my favorite places to shop! The staff is incredibly friendly, helps you with anything you need, and the store has lots of stock!

This store has always impressed us that whatever we've needed they had it or something comparable. No need driving to several other stores to get what we need.

They pretty much have anything you need, and if they don't they can order it in. Love how these small-town hardware shops can stuff so much into a small space, it's clean, the people are friendly and knowledgeable, all around great store.

Great service. If any doubt on what you need... just ask and they will do whatevever they can to help. Small town hospitality is deffinatly here. Thanks to the last few who went out of there way to help me with my plumbing concerns & not forget the ladies at the checkout for remembering the faces they serve. 🙂

Great customer service! With assistance from staff, found exactly what I wanted in no time at all.

Went there for a couple of pieces that I would need to do a conversion for my kitchen tap. They took the time to look at my problem then go thru the whole inventory of parts and pieces on the shelves to find what I needed for a work around. In the past, I also needed another part that I could not find and they took the time to find it online in the system, then order it for me. Great effort, keep up the great work.

Great store with awesome staff that are ready to help you. Good prices and usually lots of stock. If they don't have it in stock they will try their best to get it for you.

It's my local hardware store, family owned and operated, is a time where supporting local makes the most sense, I don't know why people would spend $5 on gas to save $1 on a lightbulb. Every time I have been in the service is wonderful with knowledgeable staff there to help.

I love coming here! The staff are so friendly and helpful and they even let my pup in the store. I can always get help with anything I need and Stephanie in Paint knows her stuff!
