My experience The Roofers was great from beginning to end. Ash was very prompt with his response and was able to have someone come out to fix my roof within a couple days. The worker who came to fix my roof was also very professional and quick. Overall great experience and would definitely recommend to anyone looking for a quality roofing job.

Sean replaced our roof in 2018. I recently noticed a small damp spot in my ceiling. I called Sean. Sean's team came a few days later. They inspected the roof above the damp spot and applied more sealant to a potential leak. Since then we had a heavy rain and the ceiling didn't get damp again. Sean and his team are responsive, technical and professional. I'm happy they addressed the issue so quickly.

The Roofers did our new roof a few years ago, so when it needed repair, we contacted them. I called The Roofers last year because I had some questions about the conditions of my roof. Ash inspected the roof and stated that it was still in good conditions and I could wait. So I waited and called Ash again this year after deciding that it was time for a replacement. Just a week ago the roof was replaced without a problem and a couple of days later The Roofers also fixed the flat roof above the garage.

Great company. Deliver as promised and as per detailed quotation. They don’t take short cuts. Reliable, on site supervision was great. Excellent clean up. Treat staff well. Respond well to post job questions. Roofed another house in the street and they too are satisfied.

The entire process from start to finish was top notch all the way. Ash and Sean were friendly, helpful and professional in their explanation of the scope of work to be done. Constant and quick replies to emails meant constantly being in the loop. The work crew came on the day specified, on schedule and worked efficiently and professionally like a well oiled machine. They left the site spotless cleaning up after themselves and covering our plants and bushes to protect them. Am glad I chose The Roofers as it has been a pleasant, and worry free experience from start to finish. I can highly recommend them.

Sean and his team at the Roofers were very professional. Our initial contact was responded to quickly and Sean came in to quote within days. His quote was thorough and fair, not to mention the amount of detail outlining the price levels and options was amazing. This is the main reason we went with The Roofers. On install day his team arrived on time and took the time to understand our needs. We recently had some work done to our walkway and they immediately understood that I wanted it extra protected and they didn't hesitate to cover everything. The work was done fast and to a high standard. Our roof looks amazing and totally changed the look of our house. After the work was done they did a thorough clean up and it was like they were never even there!! Can I give The Roofers 10/5 starts for excellent honesty, workmanship, management, and tidiness? Ash, who is an Engineer and has a business degree, answered all of our detailed questions. He came with a drone to look at our current roof. He informed us that we could get another year out of it. However, we had lost shingles in the spring windstorm, and, although patched, we wanted it done this year. His sample contract even had his Company's specific insurance coverage attached, as well as the Company's specific Workman's Comp coverage for their workers attached. They came at 7 a.m. with a team of 7 great workers. They laid tarps around the whole house, all workers were harnessed properly, they did the job beautifully, swept our lawn and the neighbours' adjoining area for nails, and left by 4:30 with a perfect yard... and a perfect roof. The company supplied the workers with cases of water. The team took proper breaks to cool down and also had a proper lunch time, and I even think that there were cookies for them at the end of the job. The crew were great, and I expect that they really like working for The Roofers. Uncle Oshon looked out for every detail. Ash came back the next day to show us the drone shots of the whole new roof. I highly, highly recommend The Roofers!
