We recently completed multiple renovation projects in our home with Pacific United Contractors. The projects included the full renovation of the master bathroom, gas fireplace, TV wall unit, main bathroom and full re-painting of the interior.

All of it was completed in a short period of time with limited disruption. The results are outstanding! We are so pleased with our new modern home.

Behar was creative and artistic - the whole team was very professional and very thorough.

From the get go, Behar was very professional and thoughtful. Due to personal circumstances, I had to have my shower renovated by a deadline. Despite a busy schedule, the team was able to get the job completed earlier than promised. I was able to shower within 4 weeks. I highly recommend Pacific United Contracting for anyone who needs a reliable bathroom renovation.

WOW - Behar and his team were an absolute dream to work with, and we cannot recommend them enough. They helped us with a powder room remodel including tiling, custom vanity, fixtures installation, and painting (after we unsuccessfully tried to do it ourselves!), as well as replacing all main flooring with a high-quality laminate. Being right above the concrete parking garage, our previous, thin floors were always extremely cold on the feet. Behar recommended a special underlayment that would allow the air to circulate rather than be held in the flooring, which has made a tremendous difference to our comfort and heating bill!

Throughout the process, we felt so supported by Behar. He would check in regularly with updates, provide multiple options and walk through each one, and take time to explain what he was doing and why through the steps. Their attention to detail is unmatched, and they worked so hard every day to keep things on (and even earlier than!) scheduled. Not only that, but they were also just a true pleasure to have around. While we are so thrilled to be enjoying our new space, we miss our daily chats with them, and eagerly await the chance to work with them again.

My wife and I used Pacific United Contracting for our shower remodel. We were exceptionally pleased with the quality of material and workmanship throughout the project and can’t recommend them highly enough. Behar and his brother were an absolute pleasure to have working in our condo and we were consulted throughout the project on which colour tiles we would like, how the grout should be and all the other details. Every tile was laid with precision and care.
My wife and I also appreciated how kind and understanding Behar was, especially with our new baby on the way. He arrived on time every day and completed the work on schedule with speed. I was very pleased with the jobs that Pacific United Construction performed for me. From the moment I called, to the end of projects, the professionalism, knowledge and attention to details were exceptional! I was kept informed all through projects. I had an outdoor shed that was in dire need of wood replacement, this was done and the siding and soffits Behar did make it look like a whole new building. The reroofing Behar did also on this structure is well done. Behar, although this was not in his usual scope of practice, also made some backstairs and railings…. They are sturdy and ensure there wil be no falling. His attention to detail ie: 2 railings vs 1, the non slip grip strips on stairs all went beyond expectation. The prices were reasonable, the timings were met,. I will certainly have them back for any jobs. It was refreshing to have the jobs done so well and true to quote and time length expected. I would highly recommend that anybody should consider Pacific United Contracting for any home projects! I am glad I did!

We had the side of our house re0sided with cedar siding. Behar was very professional from the start of our first meeting to the end of the project. His pricing was very competitive and his workmanship was excellent. The side area of our yard was kept tidy and clean throughout the 3 days. The work was done quick, onetime and on budget. I could not be happier with my experience with Pacific United Contracting. Behar and his brother did interior painting for my condo which required extensive repair to previously damaged walls, doors, etc. In addition, they took on some remodelling work to update my bathroom and installed a new mirror and shelving.

Pacific United Contacting completed the remodel of our condo this past week. The work they were contracted to do was impeccable. I wanted to share my experience with Pacific United Contracting. We own a 20 year old home in the Burnaby Mountain area and we wanted to do a number of enhancements to our property. Within our first meeting with the Contractors ( Baya & Behar), we were very impressed with their depth of knowledge, their honesty and their attention to detail. They were exceptionally patient and they were constantly providing us with guidance and recommendations which ultimately assisted us in making a better overall decision on the scope of the project.

The quality and fine details of their work has been absolutely exceptional, it is clear that their personal standards are very high and they each take pride in providing a high level of craftsmanship in everything they do.

I was very impressed with their communication style and their ability to keep us in the loop throughout the process. They are exceptionally meticulous within their work area and each evening they would clean up their work space to ensure that we could still enjoy our property while they were not working.

We needed someone to paint the interior of our home and install laminate flooring. Behar and Baya were recommended from a friend. From our first meeting we could tell that they were passionate about their work. They were meticulous about every detail from start to finish. The final cost was exactly what was on the estimate even though some extra work was required. We are more than satisfied with the final results and highly recommend this company.

Pacific United Contracting has performed 3 projects for us and are poised to perform another 3 over the next 60 days. They built a 20x30' concrete patio, installed a ceiling fan and suspended ceiling and supplied and installed new kitchen cabinets in our offices. The quote Behar provided us was exactly what we paid on each project. He and his crew were on time for every stage of the projects, from start to finish. The workmanship has been second to none and they don't skip out on details. They clean up after themselves so that the only way you know that they have been there is the completed project not by left behind garbage and building scraps. The next projects are rebuilding an office washroom, installing a shower and tiling another and finally replacing floor tiles in the office kitchen / common areas.

My wife and I replaced an old gas fireplace which created a surprisingly big reno job. We needed new dry wall, new tile, install a new mantel, and redo parts of the laminate floor.
When Behar arrived to give us a quote we were impressed with his eye for detail of what needed to be done, as well as his insight into each step of the process.
Once the job started Behar and his crew proved 100% reliable.
They always arrived when they said they would, contacted us for any decisions we’d need to make, and left the job site super clean.

We are extremely happy with the renovations that Pacific United Contracting did with our home. The inside of our house has been transformed from drab 80s to a bright, open and modern layout which we had never imagined. Our friends and family can’t believe this is the same place!

We hired Pacific Untied Contracting to do a Master Bedroom Bathroom and Kitchen / Family Room renovations
I must say that Behar and his brother are the most professional men I have ever hired in my life .
Behar’s attention for detail is outstanding ,and his eye and ideas for design are superb , very helpful .
It all started with a leak in our master bed room , the main drain pipe that leaked down in the walls and flooded our basement . This lead to a long procrastinated bathroom and kitchen Reno due to the water damage.
Anyways Behar and his brother got started and I tell you there operation was nothing but professional from start to finish .
They found the leak in the walls and had it repaired .
Then they went to work on the Reno’s .
I have to tell you the outcome was absolutely fabulous !!!
Our master bathroom with jacuzzi tub is beautifully clean and bright and fresh. We just love it , just love it !!
The Kitchen / Family room was redesigned by Behar , and is now , modern , bright and fabulous with all new appliances ,floor , countertops , lights etc etc etc .
