Durant les soirees et les weekends, j'ai eu un excellent service postale. Les filles sont très professionnelles et courtois.

Stopped by yesterday to send some priority post letters. Both ladies working were friendly, they worked together to get the task done quickly. Post office is open until 9pm most days

Oh my god this is the SLOWEST POST OFFICE EVER. It's always like this. There are only 2 options in Gatineau, unfortunately. Don't come here. It's worth the drive elsewhere.

The line keeps getting bigger and the employees are having small talk with clients

One of the staff is the worst clerk I've ever seen in my entire life. She worked opening today, a short and old lady. No sense of proper customer service whatsover, I waited 20 minutes in line FOR ONE PERSON. I could have processed a line of 20 people while she was half-way through one.

I have fired people for much less than that in much less important businesses. As a crown corporation funded with my taxpayer money, this is unacceptable. Train your staff properly and fire the un-trainable.

Waited 40 minutes in line to be told by the clerk that she doesn’t how to input sending mail to the troops. Also apparently no one to call to help. Go to any other Canada post, this one is useless. Didn’t even have the decency to say she didn’t know when I told her what I was coming for at the start. Oct 14 8pm

Says its UPS access point. Get there, short woman obviously has no idea what shes talking about refused to accept my parcel.
