My husband and I met Nerses, Delivani Jewelry a few years ago in Toronto at a festival. We bought 2 bracelets that we liked, mostly because we wanted to support his business. We get compliments every time we wear them, they are both beautiful and unique bracelets.
A few months ago, I was thinking of buying my husband a ring that represents our culture for his birthday and I remembered that Nerses said, “call me if you need anything else” and I had kept his card from years ago, even though we live in different provinces. When I called him, I left a message, and he returned my call within hours. He remembered us, we talked about few options, he sent me some photos, and voila 4 weeks later, I received a custom-made gorgeous ring. It is a showstopper. He even called to make sure I received it and made sure everything is okay.
