I don't have any problems with the service or anything, but the car wash is described as "sans contact" when they are definitely using rotating cloth contact. I prefer completely touchless washes because you never know how clean those cloths are and they can cause scratches on the car. I now have some oddly placed scratches, but cannot guarantee it was caused there. Regardless, it should not be advertised as sans contact.

Well, the deal sounds awesome of purchasing near 60 bucks per month on car wash and be able to wash your car 2 times per day if you want.

This is a good deal if the carwash machine actually works and most of the time I come to wash the car I find it closed with cones, or making a long wait to see that the driver in front of me got some problems and the machine stopped working and I have to go home without getting what I am paying for.

Clearly is not worth to pay and drive and burn fuel to find this machine unserviceable most of the time, I am out of the deal.

It happened so many times already that I decided to do this review so other people won’t have the same problem and think twice before paying for almost nothing.

The store and fuel pumps all good…

La dame aux cheveux blonds qui environ 50 ans on se croit malheureusement gouvernement très mal desservie.....
Les gens ont tendance à oublier leurs postes qu'ils avaient cure ans et une caissière....
Et non un policier ou bien une docteur...
Le travail d'une caissière et de faire payer les clients un point c'est tout malheureusement dans son cas j'ai l'impression qu'elle se croit ailleurs....
Pour le reste du dépanneur relativement propre je n'ai pas été chanceux d'avoir été servi par cette conasse

I called yesterday between 9pm and 10 pm to ask the employe a question and he legit after 1 min of talking where by the way he was really mean just hang the phone intentionnaly.
Good job Couche-Tard on the customer service...

Ne cherchez pas à avoir une communication avec un des caissiers à se couche tard tout ce qu’ils savent faire c’est scanner et faire payer. Même pour expliquer une situation qui m’est arrivé avec le lave-auto, ils ne veulent rien savoir et je vise Apo Pour son manque de professionnalisme.

Pire couche tard ever ! Votre caissière de jour c'est une vraie honte. Elle prend son temps sans bon sens. À chacune de mes visites (au moins 10) dans ma 1/2h de lunch je suis pognée à la caisse pendant 15 minutes chaque fois. Ce midi il y avait 2 clients devant moi, ça l'a pris 10 minutes et quand je suis sortie il y avait 7 personnes derrière moi. Je ne retournerai plus chez vous tant qu'elle va y travailler. Sinon enlever la de la caisse. Je répète une vraie honte !!
