My home insurance went up so I started shopping around other insurance companies. I got a really good deal with square one insurance. When I called to cancel my insurance with intact, intact matched the offer in order to keep me as a customer! What excellent service!

After returning home from the garage some employee must have misplace my mirror on the right side slightly inword the garage was not far from home .I back up in my driveway to late ! i was scrapping my wife Jeep so yes after all the*^#@😢😪 yes I call my intact insurance after all the days before they give me a faithful no deductible after many faithful yes without clame ! Boom this append ! I call them now it's all fix ,just a fews weeks after the spring rush thanks to intact and they're partners autofix Quebec in ancienne lorette happy summer to all !

Mon commentaire est pour souligner la politesse et la patience exemplaire de l'agente Breanna qui m'a répondu afin de vérifier le suivi d'une de ses collègues dans mon dossier. Elle a été très accueillante. Par ailleurs, je dois aussi la féliciter pour la qualité de son français. Somme toute, elle possède toutes les qualités auxquelles un client s'attend pour le type de travail exercé.

J'ai passé pas loin d'une heure avec le courtier Éric Poirier qui a su bien expliquer les assurances et prendre le temps de répondre à mes questionnements. Je n'aurai probablement pas signé avec Intact, je faisais une soumission pour renouveler mes assurances prochainement; mais son service client était exceptionnel donc j'ai cédée puisque je me suis sentie en sécurité et qu'il semblait travailler pour trouver des compromis pour que je sois satisfaite. Excellent service. Règlement rapide et d'une grande efficacité. Nous avons malheureusement eu 3 accidents en 2 an, 2 avec ma fille et 1avec mon fils. Les sinistres étaient tous avec Intact, donc nous commençons à avoir l'expérience... Excellent assureur, nous le recommandons fortement.
