Kia Québec

I was enroute to Toronto from PEI. Our 2019 KIA Optima broke down and had to be towed to KIA Quebec. Unfortunately, I was unable to speak French but the staff speaking to me by phone did an excellent job of accommodating my English. Totally helpful. A special note of thanks to Yan Fortin in the Service Department who could not have been more helpful and reassuring and professional. Amazing service! A sincere thanks!

If I could give more than five stars, I would. Without a doubt.
This dealership contacted us first thing in the morning after getting our vehicle towed there overnight. Was later informed the transmission needed to be replaced but it would be covered under warranty. They had already managed to secure the last one available in the country. I can't forget to mention that we were in town visiting on holidays and the dealership was able to lend us a courtesy car to get back to our hometown until the repairs get completed.
Can not express the gratitude for the customer service that we were provided with. A+. Do not hesitate to visit the service department!

Great service by all the team, especially Thomas. He was very patient and gave useful advise while helping us through the process of purchasing our new car.

Ill be honest i havent even bought a car yet, but Tristan has been helping me for over a week now and has done a really good job keeping me up to date on new cars that come in etc.

After listening to all my questions and requirements and preferences for the car, he provided the best selection of cars in my budget. Yori The most competent specialist I have met in Quebec over the past year. Having visited many car dealerships, I was convinced that many employees lack professionalism, which I cannot say about Youri! He is a wonderful and very competent specialist who is in the right place at the right time!!!

David Granomort, very patient and super helpful that you can feel he puts his whole heart in the work he does. Not only I felt special but heard and understood! He made sure every question or request of mine was attended to til the last second I got in my PRETTY car and droooove off.

Thanks Antoine too for everything, he even went above and beyond to get me one of those red ribbon/flower to add on my car for beautiful pictures!
