Helpful and friendly staff - large store that seemed to be very well stoked across all ranges

Very appreciative of this place and all the employees. Michel is a real one and helped me out with my bike when I was nearly at the point of taking a hammer to it. Couldn't have asked for a more helpful and patient customer service experience. Keep it up y'all.

Great store, helpful employees. As with specialized store with quality, often eco-friendly and/or socially conscious, clothing/equipment, some of the stuff seems quite expensive. From my limited experience, the "extra" money you pay is worth it.

It is very challenging for me to leave MEC without a 200$ bill. So many great brands. Very good service. Can be pricey but that comes with quality clothes/equipment.

Great outdoor store. Like all other MEC establishments, the staff is extremely courteous and competent. I was looking for camping stove information and they explained everything that I needed to know.
