I hired Milestone after comparing quotes vs reviews vs conversations with the various businesses, milestone appeared to be the best choice for my fascia and eaves. The installers came and were extremely polite. I did find some random waste bits from a prior roofing job and aluminum from new eaves cuts - although these were very few and hidden deep in the grass where even I only found them a week or two later. My wife and I both witnessed the installers searching hard for waste bits, I think they really did the absolute best they could as you cannot pick up aluminum with rolling magnets! There were 2-3 installers and took them the better part of the day, they asked for my opinion when it was required but otherwise worked consistently all day without stopping. Made such a huge difference on the look of the house, and both the product and workmanship seem excellent. I would hire them again with absolute certainty, from office to installers a trustworthy bunch and very competitive pricing.

Booked Milestone Aluminum for full replacement of eaves, soffit and fascia, downspouts in early January and was advised that the iron-ore coloured material will take a few weeks to secure. Early February, received call to schedule install and after a couple of short weather related delays the job started in mid-February. Work was completed promptly, and professionally. Final inspection was completed when job was finished and Dorian reassured us that if we find any deficiencies as the snow melts, or in the future, they are just a phone call away. And now on to the next project... Milestone Aluminum to install glass railings!

Glass railings have been installed and look amazing. Same great service and fair pricing. In addition, we called Milestone back for a minor warranty repair and they were very prompt in getting it corrected!

1 year after the install and a full cycle through the seasons - a couple of small issues surfaced, but a quick call to Dorian was that was needed. The crew came back a few days later and promptly addressed the issues. Thank you Milestone Aluminum! I wish more contractors took pride in their work like you do!

Highly recommend Milestone Aluminum for any exterior project. They replaced our eaves, soffit and fascia for our two-storey home and job took only 2.5 days. We did all black. They were even able to complete the job in February and have offered to return for an additional clean up of the house surrounding once the snow melts.
