Shay and his team are great.
After my first appointment (for this specific job) was cancelled, I contacted Shay and worked with him to re-schedule and had it reset for three days later.
His team that came to my place - Ray and his co-worker arrived on time and started the work right away. It took around 1 hour and they let me know what was causing my issue regarding clogged gutters. They cleaned it and put everything back in place and then showed me the before and after pictures taken of the gutter clogg.
Integrity is a good company and they have done work for me in the past which has always solved any issues.
Apart from some communication issues, they are a reliable company.

I had a skylight replaced 3 years ago through Integrity Roofers. There was a small leak a year later. Called Shay and he immediately had someone come by to look after it. This past week, the skylight had a small leak again, and Shay sent someone right away to fix it. The young man came again today and spent considerable time making sure it was completely sealed. Apparently the leak was coming through the roof. I did not get charged for any visits! The customer service is exceptional, and I would highly recommend this company. If in the future I need work done on the roof, I would not hesitate to call Shay.

When we discovered a leak in the ceiling, we contacted a few different roofing companies. Integrity Roofers was the one we chose. They responded quickly to our request for help with the leak. On the first visit, they went up to the roof and took pictures so we could see why we were getting the leak. Then Shay arranged to meet with us at our convenience to review the options and help us choose the one that made the best sense for us. Four days later the crew was on site at 8:00 AM to start working. They finished the job the next day and cleaned the whole yard before they left. We've have heavy rain since but now the rain stays on the outside and we are dry on the inside. We feel confident we made the right choice.

After noticing a leak in the ceiling I called Shay at Integrity Roofers and they were able to send someone within a few hours. The technician arrived on time, quickly found the source of the leak and repaired it right away. He explained the issue and the repair to me and kept me in the loop throughout. Overall a very positive experience!

Shay and team did a great job for my roofing needs at a fair price. Shay was very accommodating to fit me into his schedule when I said this had to be done immediately before the winter season hit. His team was efficient and knowledgeable in doing even extra detailing to ensure that my shed roof would not leak again. Shay and team even matched the roofing shingles of our newly renovated home to that of our shed without me asking. I initially thought we would just replace our shingles with the less expensive standard flat grey/black shingles to keep my costs down, but he made the overall look of my shed even better than before with the matching shingles of my home roof. Shay Barat from Integrity roofers is the best roofer I have ever met. When he came at the first time, he climbed up to the roof to check throughly ( other roofers were not willing to do so, used a drone instead). Also, when he explained to my family why this happen, and how to make everything right, his professionalism surprised us. After he left, everyone in my family agreed he is the best and we should choose his company to replace the roof.

Then I discussed this project in detail with the company, I had a chance to meet Shay’s secretary Brianna, and I found not only Shay is the best roofer, his secretary is the best secretary, too. It is a very good company!

We recently used Integrity Roofers to replace our flat roof above our garage and install new eavestroughs and down pipes around our home. We could not be happier with the end result. They were prompt in correcting that issue but also mentioned that we would need to replace the aging flat roof very soon. I woke up this morning to water dripping from the ceiling after a rainy night. I called Integrity Roofing and they sent someone within the hour! They quickly had a look, found the exposed area and fixed. I'm really happy with the efficiency and quality of the repair. The team at Integrity Roofers were amazing, in the fall of 2021 there was a terrible rainstorm. The roof in my house began to let in water from the bathroom vent. I thought it was just due to the strong rain, but I called around just to check and have someone come out. Well! that was a mess. No one came, even if they said they would besides Integrity Roofers! I was almost in tears when after a day of trying to find someone to even take a look I had nothing!
Integrity roofers arrived for the assessment, were able to fix my roof when they said they would, worked with my budget and made me feel positive about the entire experience. They offered suggestions to make the house more efficient but if I said I couldn't afford a suggestion they were not pushy but understanding.
