Negril's Jerk Hut

Wonderful Carribean food, had the oxtail, the jerk chicken and the curried goat. All were delicious with nice portions. The owner has a wonderful personality and is a joy to chat and share a laugh with. The pics are after my wife and I had lunch. We are looking forward to leftovers for lunch again.

Good service. Good portion. Good taste, just hope it could be a bit more spicy. Take out only. Has free parking in front of the store. Gonna try the Patties next time. Highly recommend!

We went to grab takeouts from here and had really great conversations with the owner who was working. He claimed his jerk chicken is the best in town and I certainly agree with it. It was very flavourful and just the right amount of spiciness. Coleslaw and bean and rice were also delicious. I was shocked to find that they don't have any Instagram page. Restaurants like this would greatly benefit from social media presence.

I'm a regular at Chris Jerk and was looking for a place on Sunday (CJ being closed). I am always skeptical and disappointed with most jerk places in the east. But this place is a hidden gem and the food is better than anything else I have tried. The entire experience is amazing from speaking with Ted the owner to the chicken falling off the bone. I had to bring some home for my wife and now she keeps asking if we can get some more (went by today and it's still great). Thanks Ted for the great food and experience.

Went in with 4 friends for take out, had the pleasure of meeting the owner who is also the chef. He is super friendly and offered us a sample of the goat soup which is so good we all ordered some to go! We also all had the jerk chicken and everyone really enjoyed their meals! Would go back!

Absolutely mouthwateringly delicious, and the amazing friendly service that really makes this place and its food a true hidden gem! Writing this while I devour this plate on the TTC, it's THAT good!

The gentleman who served me was a very friendly elderly man who I believe is the owner. He's so full of energy and joy to share the flavours of his home to you 😊! He even went out of the way to make a mixed plate of jerk and brown stew chicken for me because I couldn't decide.

While I waited, he had another regular come in and when I asked him what he thought, he told me I definitely came to the right place; DEFINITELY ASK FOR GRAVY/SAUCE!!

I think their patties are homemade too! 😋

Portions are big, price is definitely worth the quality and quantity you get! All served and made with love!

Came across this place fiending for carribean food; having been to 2 that were closed on sunday. Boy was I not disappointed. The goat was phenomenal, just so tender and the gravy just soaked up all that goat flavor. Omg. Had a side of fried kingfisher...which was perfection. You need to eat here. Clean plate club.

What a hit! Very good portions and such friendly service! The spice is just right. Would reccomend for all that love jerk chicken.

The best Jerk Chicken Roti I've had to date. The chicken was flavorful. That jerk sauce will put some sweat on your brow, but the main reason to come here outside of the delicious food is for the hospitality and service provided by owner. You have made a customer for life out of me.

I got the Jerk Chicken Meal and it was really good! The spice was right on point, portion size was good and everything was hot and fresh. If you haven’t already, I’d recommend trying this spot. It won’t disappoint!

I got the Jerk Chicken with Oxtail gravy and it was delicious!!! The service was great and the owner is really friendly and welcoming. Definitely a hidden gem!

Amazing food and amazing service. Oxtail and fried fish snapper are my g to orders but everything I have tried is always so good and cooked perfectly. Portions are huge with lots of meat. Make sure to ask for extra gravy on the rice. Also, the kindest owner who does it all with fair prices and fast fresh food. Highly recommend.

The best jerk chicken I have ever tasted. I tried their large jerk chicken with bean and rice. The jerk chicken was too tasty and the quantity was good. Their coleslaw as a side was tasty too. I would recommend everyone to try this place for at least once. I ordered the food for delivery, their packing was good and everything was in place.

I'd come here so many times and its always been the same, if I needed comfort and a big portion, I could confidently come here for their jerk chicken and coleslaw. The food tastes amazing and the owner really enjoys and takes pride in his work. I appreciate that a whole lot!

Best jerk chicken in my area for a really good price, had a late night order for some jerk chicken and the owner threw in some free plaintains! very pleased with the quality, authenticity and POTENCY of flavour :) will be coming back
