Excellent service. Employee is knowledgeable, helpful and effective. I’m usually there just after 8:00 a.m. and rarely have to wait more than a minute or two. The convenience factor cannot be discounted. Grateful to have this post office in my neighborhood.

Don't expect people to be friendly all the time, I get it. But being unresponsive when asked a question is poor customer service.

I've had a few unpleasant experiences at this location, unfortunately it's the closest one to my workplace. It's always the same lady, she doesn't communicate very well.

When asking her if leaving my parcel on the table is ok she just looks at me and then looks away, no nod no 'yes' nothing. Am I supposed to be psychic? Not expecting a hi or bye or how can I help you, but a simple yes or no or even just bobbing your head to let me know you acknowledged what I said... I hope she receives training in communication and maybe even customer service.

Canada Post located inside Rexall. It's confusing because there is a door from outside under the Canada Post singboard. The huge arrow above the door points to the parking lot, away from Rexall. No indication how to go inside.
We rang the doorbell. A worker opened and shut the door. But didn't tell us how to get inside 😅

They leave cards to pick up mail that are two years out of date as far as store hours are concerned. I am busy and dont appreciate going to pick up mail after work, only to find the post office closed at 7 PM, when the pickup card says 9 PM. My time is being wasted by having to make a second trip.

The employees do not respect the posted schedule, late at least 3 times when I went there. Last week I waited till 9.30 and still nobody came.
Also to note that if you have returns with qr code, they don't have tape or print it on sticky labels like other outlets - bring your packing supplies.

There is never anyone here. I've been here three times sporadically in the last 6 months or so and there is always a sign saying they are on a 30 min break. I don't know if I've just been extremely unlucky with my timing but I was never here the same time of day or day of the week. Everywhere is short-staffed but it would be nice if their open hours were predictable or written somewhere.

Aweful attitude. Find another one if you could.
