I’ve gone a total of two times and I’m sure there will be more times. Every time I’ve gone the service has been amazing they’re very nice and super helpful. I had a few questions and not one was answered with any sign or annoyance.

The staff at this location is beyond helpful. Be nice to them. I go to this post office a few times a week and see people being bags of garbage to the staff. Be nice to people that just want to help you get your packages .

Awesome customer service. Even bought rare limited stock Canadian postal stamps here for my stamp collection hobby. Cheerful and friendly staff.

Not so bad

The staff at the post office are top notch. The problem with this place is the frugal owners don't schedule enough employees to work at the post office in the evenings when it is the most busy. The line will regularly reach the front door from the back of the building where the post office is. This is ridiculous. If your post office location is doing well, then invest in your business and schedule more hours for your staff so people don't need to wait 30 min to be served for a simple transaction.

I felt that staff were undertrained on the basics of scanning a QR code for the customs forms. Took longer than expected.

Awful. Waited in line for none of their services to work. No QR functioning (scanner broken), printer broken. I literally went there for no reason. Don’t waste your time

I have NEVER seen a delivery person who is lazy to deliver a package to the address but the delivery person should take their job seriously. Also not Delivering a package to the address isn’t part of the job..if the delivery person doesn’t want to deliver the packages to people addresses then they shouldn’t apply to be a delivery person. Leaving the package in the mailbox was more disappointing because I Never get my package in the mailbox. It’s very disappointing, every packages that I have ordered has always been delivered to my address. I hope the delivery person understand that also it’s not funny or a joke..there are people who take this seriously towards their packages.

This is the 3rd time I opened my mailbox in my building and saw my mails open. This time it was a cheque they opened and the last 2 times were bills. Who is opening my mail? Beside the mailman I'm the only one who has access to the mailbox. I really don't appreciate people opening up my mail. If it comes open again I'm taking it to higher attorities. And my building is 101 Humber Blvd.

It said open till 8pm. We arrive there about 7pm, and it's already closed.
