I made a mistake of booking Dundas-Yonge location instead of Yorkdale. They attended to us and Brian solved our issue very efficiently and far and beyond! What a great customer service! I’m so happy that I booked my son’s movie date for his friends in weeks to come in this location! Great service!!! Highly recommended:)

Cineplex at Yorkdale mall has a Screen X , watched movie there and it was worth the try, good staff and clean washrooms

Theatre was clean. Speaker volume was good. Visual was ok. I go to Cineplex 2 times each month from I got here in Canada. The last movie 🎥🍿 I watched was an animation called the migration and before the migration, I watched the Bob Marley movie 1 love twice within less than a week. Going back soon 😊.

Cineplex Cinema Yorkdale is great, clean, well kept and organised. Staff are friendly, good quality pics and sound, chairs are comfy, bathroom clean and tidy. Lots of treats and food available. Great idea to purchase your tics on line, less hassle when you get there. Highly recommend this location.

Great location for a movie. Yorkdale mall
has tons of parking. Indoor and outdoors. Very welcoming and fun. Not so crowded when we came. Great place for kids , family and friends. Lots of shops to enjoy. Freely squeezed and tea shop is at the main floor. Also the Indigo shops.

Nice place, really convenient for spending time with family. Definitely will visit it again. One thing, kids play machines don't have slots for XScape cards.

It was a nice showing. The staff was good and polite. The bathrooms were clean and the popcorn was good as well. We were happy with the experience overall. The only thing was that the a/c was way too high for our liking. When you feel you should have walked in with your winter jacket in summer, well then it's too high.

Watched Dune 2 and this is the only theatre that probably hired sound specialists to tweak and tune their sound system and acoustics. All other nearby cineplex's are trash even with paying extra for the dbox.

Went in the morning of Saturday for a private screening at the last cinema. Being in the mall imbues a lot of advantages in terms of underground parking from the harsh weather, electric vehicle charging as well as spacious parking and shops to visit.
The cinema was reasonably clean, the audio quality was exceptional and the seats were comfortable.

Always went to this mall as a young boy. Now that I'm grown it feels so nostalgic to come back and watch a film by myself. Incredibly peaceful 2000/10

Great seats wherever we sat for our movie! One of the more older versions of the Cineplex that could be due for a little bit of touch-up. The hallways feel really outdated and the washrooms feel a bit older than some locations I've been to (Scotiabank, Queensway and Yonge & Dundas). Very awkward placement of ticket checking (men's bathroom are outside the ticket entry while the women's bathroom are inside). Otherwise, still a pretty good movie theatre for your movie fix! You could miss this theatre if you don't know where it is (above the Sport Chek and at Exit A).

This is our ‘go to’ theatre in Toronto. Lots of food choices, easy free parking, very good selection of the latest movies and seats are comfortable.
