Love Your Rug Cleaning Toronto

I am so happy with the outcome of my area rug. We had it cleaned and new fringe added. My 45 year old solid colour rug looks like new! Every person I dealt with was very accommodating and helpful. I would definitely use this company again and recommend it to others.

I purchased a hand-knotted Persian rug at auction and wanted to have it cleaned/freshened up before setting up in my home.
One very efficient phone call to acquire price by size and set up time for pickup, which was the next day. Jonathan called to say he was 15 minutes out from pickup. He was in and out in 2 minutes. I was notified by text in 6 days that my rug was ready to come back.
Dave was kind enough to walk an extra few steps to put the plastic wrapped rug roll in my living room. My rug was labelled with my name on both ends. Excellent service all the way!
The rug is much brighter and feels brand new again. The crush marks from previous furniture placement/owner have disappeared (although I was carefully warned that may not be the case when booking).
The whole experience had been amazing and reasonable priced. I am super happy I decided on this service and would absolutely use again.

Amazing experience, got same day service by the technician Eric. Very friendly and the costumer service lady was very friendly and helpful too. Everything was explained, no surprises at the end with the price. Very professional and overall an amazing experience will definitely be booking an appointment to have my sofa cleaned very soon. When we moved to this house the conditions of the carpet were brutal and we got a carpet cleaner however none of the stains were removed and thought we were stuck with this gross carpet unless we replaced it. so happy we finally got it actually cleaned. They always do a great job repairing my Chanel purses and they look brand new after the repairs. I am very happy with their services. I used them at least 10 times or more for my Chanel purses and each time the result was outstanding. This Chanel was heavenly broken on the inside and they completely fixed it to industry standard and even keep the Chanel stitching. I recommend!!!

If I were to offer any advice for future customers, it would be to consider investing a bit more in a higher-quality underpadding. While the cheapest option available did the job, I believe a better underpadding would have added an extra layer of comfort and longevity to my rug.

I had all the rugs in my house cleaned recently. I am very happy with the results as my rugs look like they are new. The staff on the phone was gracious and helpful. The pick-up and delivery employees were pleasant and accommodating. The cost was quite reasonable. I will definitely use their services in the future.

I was extremely happy with the 2 gentlemen who not only came to pick up my rugs but also delivered it back to me. They listened and did exactly what I wanted. They were professional and polite and was really important to them that I was happy with the service. I used this company 3 years ago and was happy with the service then. I am very happy that the mud stains were removed without issue! I am also impressed with the prompt service provided. The best part was I never had to leave my home to get this rug cleaned. I was very impressed with the service that i received from this company. I have not used a Carpet cleaning service before but i have to say that i was very pleased. The Pick up and delivery person was very personable and professional making me feel comfortable with having Love Your Rug cleaning service do my R Silk carpets.

We used this service some time ago with a less than acceptable result - when the company contacted us sometime later to see if we wished to repeat, I declined, citing our disappointment. They immediately offered a re-clean at no cost, which we agreed to do, and I am happy to say that the results this time were absolutely great.
In a day and age where people have come to expect disappointment, as far as I'm concerned, their actions in this case defines the meaning of Customer Service. I would use there service again without question. Well done, Love Your Center.

My bamboo silk area rug had an unfortunate incident with a cup of morning coffee. The cup of coffee won (or so I thought!)

I called Love Your Rug within a few days (and after trying to clean up the stains myself). They were very honest with me upfront during the initial assessment so I wasn’t expecting the stains to fully come out (PSA: leave the cleanups to the professionals!)

The management team kept in constant contact with me about the progress of my rug, and had it photographed in a very well light and bright room after the first cleaning. While there were a few areas where the colouring was off (these were the areas I had tried to remove the stains myself), the entire rug had turned out BEAUTIFULLY!!

A few days later, it was carefully delivered, and after I laid it out again, was so pleasantly surprised how amazing my area rug turned out! In my home with the natural lighting, the rug looks practically brand new again!

We have used Love Your Rug cleaning services a few times for our area rugs. They have always done a spectacular job removing dog urine/vomit stains. We would be hard pressed to find where they were. The pick up and delivery drivers are always pleasant to deal with. The call center staff are very knowledgeable, informative and pleasant to deal with.
This year we decided to also use them for cleaning our stairs. After Rich was done, they looked brand new again. Rich also spent some time giving us some advice on preventing the dark stains on the edge of the stairs. We really appreciated the information. He was very pleasant to deal with.
