Not happy with this place. Called me on April 12th to confirm my prescription transfer. Asked if I need it now or put on file. Tell them I need it now, ask me if delivery or pickup. I say pickup and tell me they will call when ready. I call today and apparently my prescription does not exist. I really need this and here they are playing around like this is some sort of joke.

UPDATE: Sept/7/2023: After giving them a second chance I honestly regret it. I ordered this ahead of time so I would not be without it. Two weeks later order apparently is not done due to out of stock materials. Firstly why couldn't you tell me about this delay when you got the prescription, not two weeks after you received said prescription (Doctor sent it out August 23). They even contacted me 3 business days later after reception to verify placement of the order and even then was not told about any delays. You run the business therefore you should know how your order fulfillment on your end and suppliers end has been. I told them several times I do not want what they have in stock because it will cost me extra money even at the rate they reduced it to. I get a package without my consent that could get me in serious legal trouble if I accepted as it's a criminal offence in Canada to be in possession of goods you knowingly did not pay for. Had to apologize profusely to the Federal Express Driver as I told him I decline delivery of the package. Apparently my English needs work (Native English Speaking) because I told them several times I decline. I'll wait for my order. Fran on the other hand I'm not impressed with. Just because you are not happy with receiving a poor review doesn't mean you pressure your reviewer to change the review. I do update my reviews after getting enough evidence that their has been improvement. If this order had went well and you didn't keep pressuring me to reconsider the review I would've updated the review based on the current experience I'm evaluating. To future customers I will give you a heads up if you leave a less than five star review you'll get a phone call from them.

Please go somewhere else to pick up your prescriptions. Today was my first time here and the lady at the front desk was very rude for no reason. She didn’t greet me. She opened the sliding window and just looks at me. I told her I’m here to pick up a prescription and she proceeds to question “for?” Not even a full sentence, just says “for?” I name the prescription and she continues to says “for?” more aggressively this time. I told her my name and she brought up my prescription. No professionalism whatsoever. Absolutely cannot stand a place where employees are rude for no reason.

Yelled at by the owner telling me it’s my issue they are dealing with questions everyday and why health Canada is calling them for dispensing pharmaceuticals. Will not be going here any longer. Poor customer service. Use pace or smiths.

Service gets worse and worse here. Extremely hard to get in touch over the phone with anyone working at YDC and actually get you issue resolved. 👎👎👎👎

Hate to say we will be saying goodbye to this place as we’ve been long term client. Just because one rude phone call, we are done with them.
One of the staff sounded like we are just wasting their time. So be it. We won’t waste your time by ordering from you guys anymore.

Staff on the phone were disrespectful and always interrupting me and talking over me. Not helpful and rude.
