I especially am Grateful to Abdul.

I have multiple disabilities & am in a fairly large power wheelchair..

I go to the Autoshow yearly on my birthday & without people like him, Sunny & John, running the shuttles & people like Abdul driving the buses, people like me would be stranded, and not able to get around properly.

Massive shout out to this incredible company, they truly give people like me Dignity & Safety to get places..

I just used Dignity as a transport service for myself after I was discharged from the hospital and had to travel several hours home. Deepak was my driver and he was genuinely fantastic! He came right into my hospital room with a wheelchair and helped transport me and my belongings into the vehicle and after that offered a perfectly smooth and comfortable ride home. He was even early for the pickup which was VERY appreciated by me. He was incredibly helpful and literally helped me every chance he had to do so. He helped me into the van after getting my wheelchair right beside the door. He even walked me all the way into my house when we arrived and made sure I was safe in my home before he went back to the vehicle and left. I have used Dignity before and I would absolutely choose them again after this experience. Thank you Deepak for the perfect ride home from the hospital!

I had to leave a 5 star because it’s well deserved. We booked a wheelchair van for a family wedding and the driver was prompt and courteous. The booking process was easy, all questions and concerns were addressed and everyone was very kind and helpful. The all day transport was between several cities. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

Great service for today! Martin came on time and as a matter of fact he came earlier, which showed to me and my family that he cared about providing the best services amongst his customers. Martin was fun to speak with and very accommodating. Couldn't have asked for a better driver than Martin. Thank you!

Today was the first time we used Dignity Transportation. What we liked about it was that, unlike many other wheelchair transportation companies, with them you can pre-book your transportation. Tara on the phone who arranged our booking was very pleasant and so nice to deal with. Our driver was punctual and was very careful in loading and securing my mother's wheelchair. This was an excellent experience and we will definitely be using your service again.

Have always had great experiences using Dignity. Tonight, my brother and I accompanied my uncle to the Toronto Maple Leafs Game and had amazing service from Deepak. He went out of his way to get us as close to Scotiabank arena as possible (which is very helpful when pushing someone in a wheelchair in downtown Toronto). When the game was over, Deepak was waiting in the exact same location as drop off. Deepak is very reliable and punctual and went above and beyond to help. I really appreciated the services we received tonight.

After almost having an anxiety attack because the original bus service we ordered didn't come for my sister's surgery we immediately called Dignity!!

We honestly believe this is the best and most reliable transportation service for anyone who is handicapped!! My sister was having eye surgery and only made it on time because of this wonderful agency!!!

We are so grateful they came so quickly and last minute!!!

I used them to get home after I had major abdominal surgery and they drove as slow as possible and they were careful to avoid the notoriously bad roads when possible because the bumps really hurt me.
My home uses dignity as well and I recently got to go on a bus outing to see Christmas lights and the driver was very nice and knowledgeable about where there was the best lights in the biggest city… Toronto!
If I could I would take dignity all the time instead of wheeltrans and beck taxis! The customer service is amazing at dignity and the drivers are always great and the vehicles are always clean!

When we were looking for a transportation company that we could trust to transport our son who suffers from severe neurological problems, we we were referred to Dignity Transportation and, I must say, we are ecstatic at that referral. From my initial interaction with the friendly and accommodating office staff who scheduled the transportation appointments, to the punctual pickups by experienced and courteous drivers, it was an absolute pleasure! Even when I contacted them after hours, I received a response and I always receive a confirmation of pickup email the day before. When you have a loved one who is vulnerable due to disability, it is so important to find a company that can meet those needs. I now have complete confidence in Dignity Transportation to transport our son safely, expediently and, like their name, with dignity and respect. I highly recommend this company to other families out there who want efficiency combined with legitimate care.

I used Dignity Transportation Inc. for the first time today, and it was a very positive experience. The driver was courteous and helpful, taking good care of my mother. He even called her "Mama"! He was punctual and he also waited at the clinic for us. That was a very good outcome as I was able to avoid having to wait around for ages. The vehicle was comfortable for both my mother and me, and I will definitely use them again when my mother has doctor or hospital appointments.

I cannot say enough about Dignity Transport. From dispatch, who was so accommodating and helpful, to our amazing driver Gallani. He was amazing. He went above and beyond to assist my mother. I have no words to show my appreciation to him after not having my mom out of her long term care for 1 1/2 years . He made this special occasion extremely special. I will only use Dignity Transportation. They are exceptional.

I used Dignity Transportation for my Father that has Dementia and Alzheimers. He was transported safely to his destination with great care from the driver. Not only did the driver transport him, he waited for me as I was driving my own vehicle to the destination. He took my father into the facility and waited with me until I got help with him from the Nursing staff. Very professional and courteous. I would use them again!!!!!

We were not sure how we were going to get my mother home. Dignity Taxi was just incredible and what we needed. They were professional and caring and very reasonable. Would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again. Thank you for all you are doing!

We have used Dignity now four times and have found the drivers to be professional, compassionate and very helpful. Their vans have been clean and their rates were very fair. I got us into a pickle and they were so accommodating and so kind. Life savers. I highly recommend this service.

I find some of these posts seem to be filled with anger and hate associated with a personal problem. I in fact have called Dignity on many occasions when my mother needed emergency transportation that no other company could help me with. Very last minute I called and the ladies who assisted me were more than friendly and also offered me a cash special for being such a good customer. My mom is in a nursing home and requires wheelchair service for medical appointments.

I will always use dignity. Their compassionate drivers and efficiency, I mean theres a reason why they have stayed in business since 1990.
