Simply the best experience I have ever had with car rentals. I spoke with Waqas and his ability to understand my situation, offer me the car that suited my needs and willingness to be as helpful as possible really made all the difference. I've rented here 4 times already and the service and the cars are always top notch! Strongly recommend this location. Will definitely continue to come here when the need arises.

Amazing Customer service.

Would not rent me a car to me due to my license being expired. I have proof I had late notice and an appointment to renew. We all know the Ontario government and COVID have messed up the reminder system and it would have been nice to have empathy. I got into an accident with my 2 year old and am carless. They were very understanding at Enterprise...go there for real customer service.
