The zip car was nice, service was helpful. Not a huge fan of tapping the car with card not always unlocking the engine as we thought the car was broken, but the service people were really helpful.

Cars are dirty af. Never clean from outside or inside. Also people keep the car with quarter tank of gas everytime and always have to fill up before leaving. Soo annoying
