He was very helpful through out the process and was very considerate and an excellent salesperson. He was enthusiastic to help me out and gave me a good deal that included extra set of winter tires and winter mat set!! He accommodated me really well and I am very satisfied with the service provided and the car. I am very happy with the car and got exactly what I was looking for. I have extended warranty and I feel confident that I can bring the car here and they will be able to take care of any issue. I had a wonderful experience here. We purchased a vehicle from Vision Automotive on October 31. 2018 at 1101 Finch Ave W. The salesman Habib sold us a 2011 Mini Cooper Countryman S and Bhawan (Ben) took care of the financing paperwork. Habib verbally told us that the car would come with a 1 year powertrain warranty. Based on this information we decided not to purchase an extended warranty as we thought we were covered.

After owning the vehicle for only 2.5 months and about 3000 KM it experienced a complete clutch failure and could barely move under its own power. I looked through the paperwork we were given at the time of purchased and to my surprise there was nothing supporting the warranty we were told about.

I went back to the showroom only to discover that the business had moved, the sale person no longer worked there, and our only other point of contact was out of the country for another 4 weeks. We took the vehicle to our mechanic and were told the repairs would cost us almost $6000, more than half of what we bought the car for. Four phone calls, one very long email and a week of being given the run around I was finally given the contact info for the owner. He told us he couldn't help because we took it to another mechanic.

WOW! So unprofessional. Offering me $50 to remove the review. What could be more disrespectfull then this.
Tried to scam me by saying that car had no accident, several times i went to see it, was front main accident n was fixed very poorly soon i said it habib their sales person walked away saying take ur deposit back and leave and was not even ashmed of lying and making me come from windsor to north york( 400 KM)would not recommend any1 going there
