My husband and I went to BMW AUTOHAUS Looking for an X3, we met Dmitri Borissov in the pre owned sales and gave him our specifications on what we were looking for and he was very attentive in meeting our needs. He took us outside, showed us around to see availability. We didn’t see anything we liked so we left and he gave us a printout of all the vehicles we could look at. He kept in constant touch with us. We couldn’t find anything we liked with our specifications so we went back on another occasion and started looking again. We saw an X3 that we liked and that was it. The journey began. Dmitri was very hands on, helpful, attentive and extremely pleasant to work with. He was very diligent in making the sale happen. We arranged to have the car picked up over the weekend and Dmitri scheduled a time and advised us what would be taking place over the course of our pick up.
