RSD Bikes

I recently finished my build of an RSD RS-291 in size small. After a few rides, I'm more than impressed with the bike for what I ride in my area. It's a bit burly with some of the spec since I plan on taking this to bike parks during the summer.

I would love to have the Titanium version of this once it becomes available.

Alex was very helpful in answering the few questions I had and shipping to the East Coast, U.S., was super fast.

Ordered my first Titanium bike from RSD. Mayor V5 fatbike and I love it. With modern geometry, supple frame its my all season ride. Alex was fantastic to deal with, he answered all my questions, gave me updates on delivery and customer service was excellent.

This review is a bit overdue as I had picked up my Middlechild last year. Having a full season under it now I can say without a doubt that it’s by far the best bike I’ve ever thrown a leg over! Alex and the whole crew over at RSD are truly top notch people and their product is a testament to that dedication. Thanks again Alex!! Now I’m gonna go shred some trails!

Very pleasant shopping experience. I pre-booked fat bike during covid times so unfortunately had to wait a bit to get it. But the bike is top notch. I picked it up as I am local so it was all assembled. The color is stunning. This fat bike (Mayor 5 alum) is so much fun to ride and I did end up riding it late into spring season as the grip of fat bike is so much better on wet trails. Can't wait for next snow.

I am currently doing a lot of research on finding the perfect Steel Hardtail bike for my first real mountain bike. I had sent an e-mail advising I won’t be able to purchase until around October and had some questions to see if the bike I was looking at would be a good recommendation. I provided my height, weight, and preferred use and several questions. Alex had e-mailed me back almost immediately and gave me great insightful advice. I definitely look forward to getting a bike from RSD later in the year and feel comfortable working with a company that values their customers overall experience. THIS IS NOT A PAID POSITIVE REVIEW, it might sound like one but it really isn't. Alex (owner of RSD) might very well be one of the coolet/most down to earth person I've met in the bike industry. I think the best way to put it is that he's a rider himself, rather than just a shop owner, so he understands the bits go into a bike build, and hiccups that might come up during the process. I love RSD's product and would recommend anyone who's fed up with the maintstream openmod bike design gave RSD a go.

I’ve had the Seargent for 2 years - great bike in summer and winter(snow). Alex has been great with his customer service and I’ve gotten parts quickly when needed (even during this supply chain shortage). I highly recommend RSD bikes!

Amazing customer service and prices and product. With the massive fall of the Canadian dollar, online retailers in the USA and overseas have become more of a hassle then a great value. In steps RSD.... . Fastest communication via email ever, 1 day shipping, perfect product. Keep up the great work. Don't let the great value fool you, fat bike frames and carbon forks are equal to or better then the over priced big boys.
