The repair seemed straightforward and quick but turned out to be a bit difficult, and the guys didn't give up on it and managed to get it done!

Bought an electric bike for my wife plus a Thule bike rack a couple of weeks ago...and I'm thrilled with the products. But as important, if not more so, was the incredibly caring attention and advice provided by the staff! Talk about customer care! My wife is not the most confident rider, so Alex accompanied her on a long test ride, instructing her on how to use the TREK bike features. When done, it was clear to me that my wife was ready to ride. And then there was the amount of time Alex invested in demonstrating how to attach and load the Thule rack, and use all its special features. Other retailers might give a brief intro to the product and then refer you to the manual, or to YOUTUBE ...but here they "hold your hand" and teach you everything. In a word, this place is "EXCEPTIONAL".

Spokes & Sports is my go-to bike shop in the last few years. Excellent service with friendly staff, and their price is reasonable. Jordan, one of the technicians is knowledgeable and helpful. Just 2 weeks ago, I needed my road bike fixed and tuned up before a big trip. Even though the shop was busy at that time, he went and above beyond to get it done for me early next morning. Really appreciate the exceptional customer service.

Have been buying and servicing our bikes there since the mid 90's. They have a great selection of bikes and offer great service. Popped in yesterday with an issue removing pedals from an old bike. Alex was super helpful, informative and within minutes, he was able to do the job. Have also bought skates for the kids there several times. Great products, great service and honest advice from the people that work there.

I visited Spokes & Sports for spring tune ups on our bikes, and to purchase one bike. The service was excellent, with knowledgeable staff to help with bike and helmet fitting. I've been a customer of Spokes & Sports for over 10 years. I brought my bike in yesterday to check two things, and leave it for a repair. Alex and the other bike mechanics were able to make the adjustments on the spot and my bike was ready to go.

I needed a few things tinkered with on my bike/tune up, so I walked into the shop with my bike and was greeted by Jordan. I Explained what I needed done, he assessed my bike thoroughly and concluded that in a few days my bike would be ready for pick up. Sure enough within only a few hours I got a phone call from Jordan saying my bike was ready to be picked up. My bike now rides like a dream. Highly recommend. Purchased a Trek Marlin 6 for my son. Amazing service. Jonathan W. spent almost an hour helping us select the accessories, and mount them to the bike. He even cut the seat low for fit. All for free! It would’ve taken me who knows how long to do it myself.

Awesome Bike Shop and loads of other Athletic Gear, pardon the pun. Jordan, you rock! I took my old school Giant ATX 780 into their shop and was greeted by Jordan (I actually took 2 bikes in). Jordan was professional, knew exactly what was "going on" and never tried any sneaky sales tactics :) He told me my bikes would be ready in 1.5 weeks. I accepted that, clearly it's Spring, and they are busy. Guess what, I got my ATX back within 6 hours - really!? True fact. My other bike I'll pick up in a few days. Had a phenomenal experience with Jordan who helped me purchase my first bike about 3 months ago. I'm getting into triathlon with virtually no cycling experience, and he was able to answer all of my questions in great detail and make me feel confident in my purchase. His depth of knowledge around bikes, pedals, clip in shoes, and other miscellaneous cycling gear really helped remove the intimidation of getting into a sport with a notoriously wide range of costly gear. 3 months in and I'm loving my bike and other purchases!

Great local shop. Bought all my kids’ bikes there. They do ongoing adjustments on bikes purchased there for free. Really stand by their products. Jordan is a veteran, truly professional and honest.

I just picked my Trek ALR5 up from Spokes and Sports. Jordan was amazing! He found some safety issues related to my seat post that I had no idea about in addition to tuning it up, replaced the chain, brake pads etc. This guy eats, sleeps and breathes bikes! I'm a customer of Spokes and Sports for as long as he's there!

Super helpful staff. Worked with Jordan to get a spoke tightener and some chain oil. Doesn’t sound like much but it was a non standard electric bike wheel and it took some time to find the right size spoke key. Patient, knowledgeable and friendly, what more can you ask for when you walk into any shop!

These guys are the best! I went in to get my bike tune up for the season and not only did they do it without an appointment, given the good condition of my bike, they did it for free! I had previously gone to a competitor on Yonge and Eg area and they were telling me their first turn up opening was 2 weeks later! I highly recommend Spokes and Sports!!

Went to Spokes and Sports to get a new drivetrain and fork installed on my mountain bike. The service was outstanding and, previous to my visit, Jordan helped me order a new wheel that I also needed for the new fork to work. Jordan was extremely helpful and had the bicycle ready in less than a day. It was a pleasure working with him.
