Cycle Active - E-bikes & Bike Repair

Cycle Active is my favourite community e-bike place. The staff are friendly and always help me find what I need. I sometimes have questions but they always have the answers. They helped me locate parts I was unable to find on my own. Their prices are relative to the great work they do and absolutely within range of other stores and often offer deals. Definitely recommend!

If you are someone like me, who cares for his ebike or bike for that matter, this is the place to bring your bike. After frustrating experiences at other bike shops(poor customer service, overly expensive and bad workmanship) At Cycle Active not only did the customer service was top notch but its work professionalism is aligned at par with it as well. I got my brakes replaced, changed my tires (purchased them separately but guidance from shop was awesome) and even got my seat post cut. Got myself some slick bike gloves as well at the shop. Highly recommended to get your bike serviced here. Thanks guys! Keep it up! PS. Still waiting for you to come for soccer bud.

Fair prices. He got the work done on time. Old components from the bike were nearly placed in a box and handed to me with a receipt. No complaints. Good service. I would recommend this place.

My scooter got problem because a black wire inside scooter was broken. I tried different ways to fix that but not work. Until I found this store to ask for repair, they were very kind and try to fix that problem, and they fixed it just one day. I'd really appreciate it！

I emailed the shop asking if they could service my bike and I got a prompt reply. I had my bike tuned up and a new chain installed. The difference is amazing! Great service and fair pricing. I'll be back.

I highly recommend this shop for any kind of repir. In my bicycle there was seat adjustment problem..and he fixed it very fast... He was very kind and genuine person .. and told what all things need to be fixed in my bicycle. Great work, quick turnaround time, fair prices and FRIENDLY employees. I had a general tune-up done and was informed of the work done, reviewed when it was finished, and had help getting the bikes in my car. Would definitely recommend and will definitely return.

What a wonderful business. Such a great experience, dropped scooter for tire repair at 4:00pm, was told would be ready Wed/Thurs as they are closed Tues. Got a call at 7pm scooter was ready. What great service, wonderful business would highly recommend them!

We've got our derailleur hanger bent and Cycle Active specialists fixed it within a couple of hours and for a good price. The place is neat, customer service is great and helpful. Definitely recommend!

Brought my converted e-bike to inspect the issue with the front hub popping out the drop out. The owner was kind to help me to unload my bike off the car and offered me honest and professional opinions. With a not so hopeful prognosis, the owner took in the bike and gave his best shot anyway. It turned out to be just some under torque nuts and he aligned other things to put my bike to a working order. Thank you!

Maury's a genius!! He fixed my OKAI BEETLE BATTERY when it was no longer charging by adding a tiny switch button. After emailing OKAI CUSTOMER SERVICE several times for a new battery and getting no response I almost gave up hope, but Maury and Alina saved my cute scooter when nobody else could! Best bike repair service in TO!

Try this place, if you want ebike customization, parts, advice about what you wanna do, and most of all perfect accommodation. Very nice couple. I wish them the best.

Received great service from Cycle Active - E-bike repair where they were they repaired by broken chain and replace the innertube of one of my tires the same day!! (not to mention other adjustments performed that attributed to the issues I was having and patiently discussed possible potential future issues. I totally recommend going to Cycle Active for any issues you may have with either a regular bike or an E-bike.
