I struggled with dry hair, psoriasis + dandruff for such a long time. I finally decided to visit a trichologist and it was such a game changer! John and the team are so amazing. John is honest and educative about how the hair works. The team who helped with my scalp treatments were all great. Both receptionists are super kind and welcoming. My overall experience at this clinic was great and I am still going to continue to visit for scalp treatments. Highly recommend to anyone who is in a similar situation to visit Freedom Clinic.

My experience at Freedom Clinic TO has been exceptional from start to present. I am so grateful to the entire team, John the Trichologist and of course Violetta my amazing hair technician who has helped me get my confidence back after a long struggle with Trichotillomania. My first appointment was hard and I was very nervous to show my hair, but they made me feel very comfortable and to this day continue to motivate me towards my goal of growing back all my hair.
It took me several years and a lot of researching different options/clinics that provided hair solutions but when I found Freedom Clinic, Alysha was the first person I spoke to and she told me that I would be well taken care of and that there were many options for me, which was very reassuring. It was very hard for me to trust most of the clinics I called but I had a great feeling about Freedom Clinic as Alysha was very genuine and took the time to hear me out.

I get really good vibes from the people working there. It doesn’t feel like you’re being robbed. It’s a long drive from Kingston but it worth it. Authenticity is a rare quality for a business and Freedom clinic just has it.

I got a freedom facial with ALYSHA! It was amazing!!! She started my appointment but examining my skin, she was honest about what works for my skin and what would work/ not work. she made me feel super comfortable during my appointment and answered any questions I had, she was super informative. She even sent me home with some samples to use coinciding with my regular skin care routine. It has been almost a week and my face is smooth, glowing and blemish free!

I completely recommend this clinic! Their staff is super friendly, informative and professional. Their facility is extremely clinic & modern with up to date skin care technology.

I want to say that my husband and I have known the owners of Freedom hair over 17 years now and they are very honest and caring people.
We feel exceptionally comfortable asking John for his expertise regarding my husbands hair and scalp problems.
John is very knowledgeable in his field and explains everything in great detail and has taken the time to show my husband how to use the products and makes sure we are completely satisfied on how they are working. They really do stand behind their products.
I have also purchased their Skinceuticals skin care products for a very long time and I am very happy with my results...as well as the recommendations from their skin care professionals on which products to purchase for my type of skin.
Lastly, they do amazing hair wigs for cancer patients and are very affordable as well. They take the time to customize the product to how the customer wants to look ! They make the client feel very happy :)

I waited a while to write my review about the SMP treatment because I had wanted some feedback and reaction from family & friend. I was surprised that many of them did not notice anything different except I looked great and a few of them question my decision to shave my head because I have the perfect hairline. My sisters commented that this is the hairstyle I should keep forever. I had no hairline at all and was so surprised no one noticed I now have the perfect one. Yet it does look so normal.

I am so happy with the SMP treatment and would do it all over again. I feel much more confident in myself , getting dressed and not worrying about my hair is a good feeling.

He demonstrated so much patience and care from the time of the consultation session and every treatment. He is a perfectionist and takes pride in his work and will not be satisfied until you are happy.
