From my first visit, I felt comfortable/informed about the whole process. My colleague recommended this place near us and I’m glad I gave it a go for cosmetic laser. The sessions have been a breeze and I can already see improvements in my scar and dark spots. They asked about my specific needs for the laser service and were able to customize the treatment to address what I needed most. I feel that this was important in getting to my results. If you’re considering something similar, I’d recommend this clinic. You’ll be in excellent hands and they’ll take the time to understand your concerns/goals for skin care. Very helpful!

My recovery for mole removal was quick and smooth, no pain. I’ve had my follow up after the laser procedure too and my scars are nicely faded too. They’re knowledgeable and have proper equipment. Happy with the service.

I first discovered this spa in the first half of 2015 and I highly recommend this spa for Botox. I've been here numerous times now and everytime the nurse is very specific with addressing all my concerns. She is very skilled at injections and the results are fantastic, which is why I keep going back! The atmosphere is very serene and relaxing too. It's very easy to get to as it's a 3 minute walk from North York Centre Station.

I had a great experience with very natural results with Botox and fillers. The nurse did a through consultation before beginning and explained everything that would help me get the results I wanted. I was really happy with the results and will be back.

Update (July 6): A few months ago, I had filler for under eye hollowness and facial Botox. I had a rather conservative amount of Juvederm, but it really made a difference making my eyes look rested and the Botox turned out exactly how I wanted. Thought I would give it a few months before I updated my review: my go-to place for injectables.

It started with a friend's recommendation and now I've been going here for 8 months for a few different laser treatments (thank goodness for lasers honestly). I book my appointments online as I find that to be the quickest way. The place is right beside North York Centre Station so it’s easy to get to by TTC but there's parking around as well.
I like that the specialist explains everything in detail and walks me through the process. They have one of the better lasers out there (Cynosure). It reads how dark your skin is to get the right reading and has a cooling system to help with comfort. They give good instructions about what to do after so I don't have any doubts about how to take care of my investment.
I've had laser hair removal on my legs and gotten some dark spots cleared on my face. I also did a treatment to give a nice general lift and glow (with the Clear Brilliant laser which I’m told is especially suited for younger people like myself).
I really want to try the dark undereye treatment next as that’s what my friend originally recommended to me and I stay up late a lot. It’s a nice, professional clinic-style medspa and I’m happy with my experience.

I'd like to thank the team at NCBC. My 3D facelift was thorough and really worked. I didn't think laser could actually tighten skin, but this was much stronger than the RF I used in the past. My face was less sagging and more vibrant and my downtime was only a few days.

I don't know why it's taken me this long to write a review. I have been coming here since 2013 and although it's every six months, I am thankful for the services that I receive. I have gotten Botox at other places, here and in the USA. Each place I've been to, the results last for six months as it does here at NCBC. I come here because it is quick and the service is quick, professional and most important to me, effective. Thank you for making this service available to me.

Great experience! Ozzy definitely knows what she is doing! She makes you feel very comfortable and is knowledgeable! Results are amazing as well! I reccomend her to anyone looking to feel and look younger at a great price!

Very pleasant experience. The dr. is prompt to see you at the start of the appointment and very focused on patient care. I took a family member who was anxious about acne scars, the results from session to session made them happier. Recommend for laser re-surfacing.

I attended the location on yonge and it was the worst experience! I had botox done and first of all the older nurse there was insulting and extremely insensitive and I am not an aged person but made me feel horrible. Secondly she was pushy and seemed annoyed by my general inquiries. The procedure was painful and I have had this done before. She poked and prodded and injected alot in only a few places. I had what looked like welts on my forehead afterwards which is not normal. She was rubbing with alot of pressure on my forehead which I know is not to be done after a treatment and never experienced that before. Well the treatment was horrible I had full movement and lines on my forehead were as they were before I walked in! I went for the deal advertised and it was a complete waste of time and money! I would never recommend this place to anyone. Maybe the other location is better but the nurse at this location has no idea what she is doing. Beware..learned my lesson pay the price if you want it done right. Never again!

Very sketchy looking office. The room for procedures Doesn't look very clean at all but i traveled an hour to get there so i figured id hear their prices after my consultation...waaaaay overpriced especially for the quality of the environment. Yeah... no. If im paying 300 for a mole removal its not going to be in some dark dingy hole with dirty walls.

Editing that i found a clean, comfortable clinic in vaughn that removed my mole by laser and it was $50 compared to $300. This place is a rip off, dont go here haha.
