Twister Karaoke

Came in and got a room immediately on a long weekend! Gave us a large room even though we were a smaller group, just so we didn’t have to unnecessarily wait and just told us in advance that they would just relocate us to a smaller room if a larger group came in. Didn’t order any food or alcohol, but karaoke is priced very fairly and the employees are very nice, helpful, and talkative! Had a great time, definitely an underrated place.

Been here before but couldn’t believe the upgrades that they made to the system. The rooms were amazing and very comfortable and loved that it was so easy to find songs that were not only in English but so easy to find others in other languages. Highly recommend but if going on weekend then suggest making a reservation!

Will be back for sure!!!

Honestly, one of my favourite karaoke places because of the awesome staff. They're really accomodating and never overcharge us. Pretty average karoake space, great for the price (around $30 an hour).

Was scared the song choices were going to be limited, but no! Very wide selection, including newer songs, and the keyboard accommodates a ton of languages. Was charged 36$ for an hour but was also given a free second hour. Came with a group of 6 and the room comfortably fit us all. It can get hot in the room, but the air smells fine. Bring a korean friend though, just in case of a language barrier. The experience was great but the food was overpriced. Microphones had a sanitation cover. Great joint just for singing and fun

Great little karaoke spot, it's exactly as you would expect from a karaoke bar. We just paid for your drinks/water up-front and paid for the room/time spent at the end.

A great karaoke spot in a prime location with tons of song selections run by an amazing team! We’ve been coming here for many many years and have celebrated many milestones here. This will continue to be our go to place in the area! As long as you respect and follow the rules of the establishment and come with a fun group, there’s no complaints really!

As with most karaoke places, this one has definitely aged a bit. Some of their mics are in bad condition and probably need to be replaced, so if you're finicky about mic quality that may be a dealbreaker. Otherwise, the owners are very nice people and their selection is pretty impressive.

Great time both times I have been. When it was our first time, the staff explained everything to us, and the second time was my birthday which was great! We were given a run down again, for all the newbies, given information about drinks, and were helped quickly and efficiently when the tv wasn't working.

There were 6 of us that went to Twister Karaoke. The staff were very nice and accommodating to how long we wanted to stay! We had a spacious and clean room. We had a great time with the pretty wide selection of songs.

Ignore the bad reviews. You’re coming here to get drunk and sing poorly executed songs with your homies. This place was so fun, and I enjoyed the diversity in music choices. I don’t even know Vietnamese and somehow I managed to sing a song from beginning to end. Thanks for the memories.

Always friendly staff who remember repeat customers. Drinks are a great price at $5 each and the bartender takes time to pour out the full shot right in front of you so you know you're getting the best bang for your buck. Best karaoke spot in the city.

Incredible. The sweetest and most helpful staff! You can play off YouTube which was such a plus point. Low-key and lovely if you don't like too many rowdy people.

I wanted to go to a karaoke place with a friend and I was very hesitant to choose between this one and BMB because of the mix of positive and negative reviews. We decide to commute a long way to go to Twister to try a new area of Korea town. I am happy with the selection I made and definitely recommend it to anyone who is looking for a good place to have fun and sing!

Since my friend and I went to Twister for mainly Korean songs, I can only comment on this selection. It is very updated, so you don't even need to worry about songs being updated. We were looking for the group iKON who only debuted this past month and Twister already had the songs available! I was surprised a the selections for songs and wasn't disappointed (however only with a selected few like TWICE and Yerin Baek's solo).

A male worker helped us and was very friendly! He showed us how to use the remote control, even if you aren't able to read Hangul. He tells you the most important buttons to press and if you need any help, to call him! I'm very appreciative of his thoughtfulness and friendly attitude towards his customers.

I would definitely go to Twister again (maybe not for a while due to the long commute, haha) and the price if you go during the day time is worth it! My friend and I spent $30 total for two hours which is pretty good! Of course, the more people that go, the less it will be per person; however, still fairly good prices for the amount of time you get.

Great and friendly staff. Prices are by the hour. Soju is $19/bottle. English music selection is pretty extensive. Clean and well a/c'd rooms.

Never had a bad time here. Good drink prices, music is always updated and the staff is friendly, funny and helpful. Couches are very comfy too!

Excellent Karaoke Bar ! Its been around for more then 20 plus years, one of the 1st in the Yonge-Finch area. Excellent song selection in few different languages.
Highly Recommend this place for Karaoke!
