TD Canada Trust Branch and ATM

Had a great experience at TD Overlead Blvd, Toronto. I went there with my wife to upgrade my account and to gather up some documents. I received a wonderful service from Joash. He's remarkable at what he does. He first upgrade my wife's account and then mine. And he was exceptional in handling parallel tasks as he was requesting our requisite documents online at the same time as well. He got all of our matters sorted way quicker than expected and which I believe is what he does best. From my experience, I can say he's guy who's great at his work. Bravo.

I always have a good banking experience at this branch. Today Mr Arjun helped me in my transcation, he was very professional and willing to go the extra mile to address the concerns.

I walked in today and it was a busy hour for them. I nearly had 17 people ahead of me. But yet the supervisor gave me enough time to serve and give her the best. I too work in a customer service department and thereby know the busy hour scenario and frustration of the customer. Therefore no complaints regarding that.

I had the pleasure of processing my first mortgage through Raman Gill at the East York Town Centre branch and he made it very easy and smooth. I was distressed and nervous when I first walked into the branch but Raman coordinated from start to finish like a champ and delivered as promised. Thank you Raman!

Best place to get good service , I agree with people who are saying long line up but it’s not always long line up there. I’ve been going this branch 8 years. Everyone is nice there but MONI is very very friendly, professional and provides the best service. Moni has the greatest customer service ever, he treats you so good. I’m so glad that he is working this branch, he is always there to help... I hope he will never move to other branches.
