RBC Royal Bank

First the RBC Bank in general, it sucks due to calling online number and waiting for hours and then in the end, hung up on you. It seems that it is automated and set up to waste your time. I had terrible experience with a transaction and some undue restriction on my account despite being a loyal customer for more than two decades. Now appreciation for two gentlemen, Teller Vasif and Manager designate Simon, who tried their utmost to solve my issue and provided best customer service. It it was not for them, I was intending to part my ways despite decades long connection and so many account services.

I opened new business and personal accounts with Claire here. Well it was surprising how deep knowledge she has and direct you with your financials in present and future. I literally have been served like; Wooow. Thanks Claire and RBC. Your service is amazing.

I'd an appointment with Christal for credit card application and she was very knowledgeable and helpful. She was answering all my questions and helping me throughout a process for about 4 weeks until my credit card application is approved.
