Mosaics Lab - Handmade Mosaic Artworks & Mosaic Designs

I contacted several companies with the same request. Let’s make a macabre Alphonse Mucha inspired mermaid for my bathroom which is only being redone because my entire home was destroyed in a flood during a hurricane. From first contact, I truly feel heard and understood, and most importantly not judged.

I honestly cannot say enough about this whole experience. From the first convo, to making any changes needed, to daily/weekly updates, to a natural disaster set back, and finally shipping and install everything has been top quality and I’m so impressed. My hubs and I have even made comments about “our next piece”!!!!

Would recommend mosaics lab to anyone wanting something original, well made, and perfect!!

I've been a tiger lover all my life. So when it came time to purchase what I believe will be the last home I ever buy, I wanted to customize it with something special. I decided to put a mosaic in my entryway. After a bit of online research and reaching out to several companies, Mosaics Lab came out at the top of the list. The communication from the beginning was immediate and thorough. Karen made me feel as though we've been working together for years. She brought in Chad, Director of Customer Experience, when she learned of my unique project. Both of them made me feel like family. Chad kept me updated throughout the build, even sending me periodic pictures. Talk about custom! After I received the artwork Chad continued communicating with me, assuring me that any questions I had about installation, borders, backgrounds, etc. he was right there with me willing to help in any way possible. I sent him pictures of my project during the process, reciprocating the kindness. Even after all work is complete, Chad continues to assure me that any questions I have, whether maintenance, cleaning, etc. he will still be ready to assist. What more can anyone ask for. Beautiful work and awesome folks at Mosaics Lab. Thank you so much!!! The mosaic is bordered with black marble and gold pieces followed by Travertine marble. The surrounding rooms are Acacia wood. All of those, and the wall color, were chosen after the mosaic, as that is the centerpiece. Thanks for reading. :)

I was unsure of Mosaics Lab when I first stumbled across the site, but our experience with Chad, who serviced our order, as well as the mosaic itself was all very positive. The final product is beautiful, even if it is thinner than initially projected. Communication throughout the process was stellar, and the item arrived just a few days later than projected. We are very happy overall and will order another beautiful custom work from Chad and Mosaics Lab again.

My wife and I originally discovered Mosaics Lab through Etsy. We had a couple of questions about one of their designs and immediately they responded with answers. Our conversation ultimately evolved into the design and creation a large mosaic backsplash for our new kitchen. Their entire team was extremely helpful throughout the design process and creation of the mosaic. The final product is is an amazingly gorgeous work of art. I ordered a mosaic from The Mosaics Lab and even with a very tight timeline and Christmas holidays they were able to have the piece delivered within a week and a half!
