We had the real pleasure of working with Myla and her team. Questions were answered quickly, response time was unbelievably fast, very professional yet compassionate as the situation my uncle was in was very devastating for him and my aunt but they got the reassurance they needed from Myla being so attentive and kind. We really need more people like her!! She was also helped by Jacqueline who was also very professional yet compassionate and efficient! The trustee I cannot remember his name because the interaction with him was shorter but he was also very professional and made sure we understood the whole process my uncle was going to undergo but Myla and Jacqueline had done a really great job so all their questions had been answered. Due to unforeseen circumstances(COVID-19 and legal reasons), I had to file a consumer proposal. I never thought I would be in that situation. I first spoke with Ivanna who handled the proposal, she was very kind and understanding. She was knowledgeable and never made me feel bad for the situation I was in. Christy was my debt counselling and she was amazing. Again, no judgement, she was excellent and caring, I truly feel she cared for me as a person not just another case file.
