My wife and I joined this hidden gem of a gym. The owner is very friendly and helpful. You will find all equipment that you need to build an awesome physique. Always smells nice and sanitized. Love it!

Special because it's owned and run by a fitness professional. Lisa does group classes and personal sessions. I have never heard of more success at a gym by members. Set your goals and you will have the tools to succeed. All equipment you may need is there with plenty space, always clean and maintained. Very happy to have this in the region.

Best Gym in Georgina area so far. Owner is helpful when we met her but i never got any call back over my voice mail. It is on bit odd location next to a vape store and 15 km from Keswick. I wish this place can move to Keswick and it will be favorite for everyone.

This is literally the best gym. They have all the equipment you will need. The classes are incredible. You have a supportive atmosphere that allows you to workout solo or with others. I love everything about this gym. You won't find a better environment, owner or personal trainers than you will here!

I have been to alot of gyms, this one however is frienly accommodating and gives you a ton of space to workout. It is extremely well maintained with a great variety of classes and machines. Highly recommend!

I went to this gym for a year, absolutely loved for it's nostalgic feeling as I used to bowl here as a kid. This place is great because the equipment is clean, always available and they have classes. What I did not enjoy was the fact that it's so dark in there, I'm a night time worker and it made me want to fall asleep. As well, there was no service so playing music was difficult to next to not available. I tried to email the owner three separate times with zero response asking about the option to pre-pay and end my membership but all three emails were ignored. That was a little bit annoying.
