One of the nicest and most helpful staff in any industry. They don't make the amateur, weekend warrior handyman feel stupid and answer questions in a way the average person can understand

Honestly can't say enough good about them right now. COVID has been rough on everyone, but the way they've still allowed us to get what we need while ensuring that they keep their staff safe has been amazing. All interactions are done outside with social distancing and masking required. The fact that they're being so effective at ensuring everyone's safety while still allowing us access to what we need makes this my go to hardware store going forward.

Super helpful. Lots of stock and a variety, last 3 times I've gone there because 2 other stores were closed in town. I will be making this our 1st option from now on. Small town needs places that have great hours and convenient to consumers.

We are most satisified with the service we get at Sams..The most polite employees.thats why we come to Sams..we do live closer to Lucan Hdwe..does not compare .

As a farmer, I wish my local home hardware was stocked as well. Just needed some bulk nuts and bolts and an auger bit but almost wished I needed more.
