My experience at St Mary’s Ford was a very good positive one from beginning to end. The Sales Manager Chad was very nice and helpful to make sure we both would be happy with the deal. He went out of his way to deliver the car to me and go over all settings in the car. I would highly recommend this dealership and Chad.

We had a wonderful experience when buying this truck. Kipp, the owner, was fabulous and Krista was also fabulous. Krista sourced and obtained some extra items for the vehicle, got them installed and took care of all purchasing and licensing details. I would buy from them again.

My experience purchasing our 2022 Ford Escape SEL AWD was nothing but stellar. From the principal Kipp, to our salesman, Tim, and Krista who handled the lease and financing arrangements; all are absolutely top notch people. They worked tirelessly to find the right vehicle that fit within the budget we had set out at the start. Not once did I feel pressured or have any thoughts that they were trying to "upsell" me into something outside of the parameters I had given them. Even when, just hours before delivery, an unfortunate 'stop sale' recall meant the Escape we had purchased was pulled back into inventory, Kipp immediately offered a few varied options for us that included a shop loaner to think things over, a different Escape, wait for the recall to be resolved, or refund our deposit so we could shop elsewhere. We chose "door number two" and moved to a different Escape that wasn't affected by the recall since I had long made up my mind that this dealership had earned my trust and respect. Don't hesitate... if you're shopping for a new or used vehicle, look no further than St Marys Ford. Oh, and finally, the fact that I was shopping from 250km away made no difference to them. We worked together by phone, email, and text to discuss details, look at pictures, and answer my endless questions. To top it all off, they are bringing the car to me so I don't have to make arrangements for someone to drive the 500km round trip for me to pick it up. Five Stars all the way!
