I got a manicure done by Jiyun. She was amazing and very talented. I am very satisfied with my new nails and happy to see them shiny. They make me feel comfortable, relaxed, and I enjoyed the experience. Yes, I will definitely visit again.

I got my nails done while waiting for my family who came to get men's mani & pedi. I feel bad I didn't catch her name, but the Korean technician took great care for the men's mani and she was very thorough with mine as well. I'm bad at making choices and she made it comfortable to try and pick something I like. A little overzealous with the cuticles but no big issues.

Her sister also took great care with the men's pedi and he needed a lot of care so we appreciated that as well!

We will definitely come back again.

I discovered Monterella Spa on one of my walks in downtown Oakville. It’s a beautifully kept, well lit spa. The various services I have had from Facials to Pedicures and Manicures from Jiyun, Natalia and Edyta were all done with care, discretion and expertise. The experience is essential with such services. And the ‘Ladies’ at the spa have it.

Love this salon and Karolina. Finally quality that matches pricing. She really enjoys what she does and it shows in her treatments. So happy I found her and Monterella Spa.

My daughter and I visited this spa for the first time and it was excellent. I had a relaxation massage and manicure and my daughter had a teen facial and manicure and all 4 services were excellent. The staff was very attentive, pleasant and the spa itself is the cleanest spa I've ever been in. We will be back for sure!

I have had two IPL +oxygen facials with Natalia. She is wonderful, informative and gives a fantastic facial massage! The spa is clean and bright (the second floor has floor to ceiling windows bringing in lots of natural light) the spa is located near the lake and lots of coffee shops which is nice to enjoy after the treatment.

My boyfriend had a deep cleansing facial done by Karolina. She is extremely skilled and took the time and effort to explain all the steps to us. We’d highly recommend Monterella and Karolina’s services - we’ll definitely be coming back!

It’s been a while since I’ve gone for a facial, primarily because of time and financial constraints, and it’s always hard to find a place that strikes the right balance of comfort and elegance, but Monterella has it all. I had a wonderful facial by Karolina - she was kind, caring, personable, and good at explaining all steps, ultimately my skin looks great - I went for a collagen facial. Thank you, Karolina and Monterella. The spa is also in a great location in downtown Oakville with lots of shops and cafés nearby. Next time I go (and I will be back!), I’ll build in more time so I can browse around the area a bit more. Thank you, Karolina!

I have been a client since the have opened and had the honor of Karolina taking care of me years before Monterella. I now also take my teenage son here. I can’t recommend them enough.

I have followed Jiyun any spa she has worked at over the past decade. Unfortunately when Covid happened I had lost her and didn’t see a nail technician for 3 years. I somehow managed to find her while getting my hair done in this past year talking to my hair stylist who had a client who had also gone to Jiyun. I found out she had switched over to Monterella and have been coming here ever since. Jiyun puts so much dedication into her nail art , be it a simple colour or actual nail art. She cares about her clients and needs them leaving the spa in love with their nails. I would recommend her to anyone. I haven’t seen anyone else for my nails at this spa however, they all have big smiles and nice greetings when you walk in. I have never seen such a happy spa before including spa coordinator Edyta who is always in such a good mood.
Thanks for brightening my day every 3 weeks ladies!

I have been going to this spa now for six years and I still feel it is simply the best spa for nails, medical procedures, IPL, etc.. Regardless of who your esthetician is, she is knowledgeable and provides skin care advice and product suggestions upon request.

these ladies are fantastic from check in to the end of treatment. They keep you informed of all the steps making suggestions to keep you looking good and feeling good. Natalia regularity looks after me now and she is fantastic.

Amazing customer service! While I didn't end up going through with any treatments, I was incredibly impressed with their customer service and their transparency with my eligibility for treatment. So much so that I wouldn't hesitate to utilize them in the future, as they left me feeling like I could trust them to perform top quality and ethical services.

Staff are super friendly and super professional. It was my first time here and I had a great relaxing time. I love the way they care their customers. I had a groupon voucher and everything went on time and scheduled!

I went for a shellac manicure, and i was very happy with the result , JIYUN did my nails,she was sooo nice and did an amazing job, the atmosphere is very calm and relaxing I highly recommend them.

Amazing salon!! Truly the best service! Clean, friendly, welcoming and very calm and pleasant atmosphere. The aestheticians are very knowledgeable and meticulous with their services. I got my nails done here and everyone is fantastic! Special shut-out to Jiyun who did my mani/pedi last time :) Highly recommend!

I recently got a shellac manicure and pedicure done with Ji. She was amazing!! I am very picky with my nails and usually pay close attention to how the technician applies the polish but no need with Ji. She was professional, quick and I had absolutely no issues when she was done. Would definitely recommend!

Used a groupon to try a manicure here for the first time. Iris was incredible. She was friendly, experienced, and did a fantastic job. My manicure with normal nail polish lasted a long time. The environment upstairs is peaceful and very clean. I was offered tea or coffee. Pricing is a bit on the higher end. Overall great place and I will be recommending others go visit Iris as well.

I got a facial by Natalia and it was outstanding, very relaxing with beautiful results! I also got a mani pedi which held up perfectly. Facility was spotless and staff was very kind.
