MUST Boutique

I used to be a loyal costumer of MUST Boutique in Montreal, and now I am a new customer of the Oakville branch. Love the Italian designs and unique piece of garments in this store. The owner is so nice.

MUST in Oakville is a fabulous place from top to bottom. The owner does a fabulous job with weekly Instagram videos and merchandising the store, highlighting featured clothing and colours in a flawless manner. The MUST team of stylists are amazing. They are fun, always laughing and are very supportive (it's evident they love to be there)...and know how to bring out the very best in each client. This results in a great shopping experience overall. The prices cannot be beat and the summer dresses and linens are SUPER cute.

Ive been a client at Must Boutique since it has opened. Purchased many wonderful one of a kind items, which I still cherish. Susan and the team have done an amazing job keeping the business going during the pandemic, posting daily videos. I still watch them from afar!

Just discovered this little gem on a visit to Oakville recently. LOVE their clothing and the ladies are so helpful. Did buy a couple of items and cannot wait to wear them. Just itching to return to shop again. Keep doing what you are doing! Thank you!

This is a lovely shop but the issue with the change rooms needs to be addressed.

There are no mirrors in the change rooms which means you have to fully come out and be in the view of other customers.
This isn’t the worst of it, the curtains always leave a few inches no matter which way you pull them, leaving you exposed to other people. I’ve seen other women changing just by walking by and it’s not comfortable.

For a business catering to different women, there should be more attention paid to creating a comfortable environment. A mirror would help inside the change room. I literally need to plan my attire before coming in to shop. I can’t wear a dress because I can’t try a top if I have a dress on, as I’ll need to come out to see how the clothing fits. So I’m forced to wear pants or shorts every time I know I’ll be stopping by to browse.

*Edit* I am, along with some of my girlfriends that chatted about this, truly grateful of the response and find that new panels will help with the shopping experience.

A lovely boutique! I've passed by it a few times running around downtown and finally popped in today and so glad I did. The friendliest staff, and the clothes are so cute AND affordable which is a gem to find downtown. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Shopping in this store has left me with the best shopping experience ever! Great staff, great prices, great selection of European clothes. We were served Mimosas and given a gift of chocolates! The owner went above and beyond with customer service. I would highly recommend this store! I would give more stars, if I could!

While I don't typically write reviews of women's fashion retailers, I am inspired to do so with Must after several excellent experiences when shopping with my wife.

First and foremost, the clothing and accessories are well made, attractive and well priced considering the quality. The store is bright and spacious and conveniently located in a desirable location in downtown Oakville.

What sets Must apart is the friendly and knowledgeable staff, who create a friendly and welcoming environment. On our most recent visit, staff offered sparkling wine and bourbon, and while my wife found several perfect pieces, I had the luxury of a comfortable place to sit and enjoy my beverage. It was a very comfortable way to wait, as opposed to most shopping experiences where I try to wedge myself between racks somewhere out of everyones way!

I would suggest any guy looking at an afternoon shopping should steer his wife or girlfriend towards Must!

A terrific local shop with unique items, I’m always so happy with my purchases from here. The Instagram stories they have with previews of new items is a added bonus. Great taste, love this place!
