Good services, responsive staff, and not-looking-for-any-opportunity-to-charge
What impressed me was that unlike many other businesses in general and another company in the very same business in particular, they didn't cling to any clause to charge me for unwanted service, even though they could. If I have options to choose from among in the future, precise parklink will be my first choice.

I received a parking ticket at a condo building. I did register but I accidentally mixed up the letters of my plate when registering. I called and explained the mistake and they were super friendly and voided the ticket. The lady on the phone was super professional and quick to fix the issue.

Have dealt with this company several times for parking for my son's University and the Hospital where I work. Everytime I called my issue was addressed right away and the problem was solved.
Great customer service just wish the parking fees were less.

I received a parking ticket because I misread the sign / meter and thought pushing max time would be enough. Christine at Precise Park was amazing and also helped educate me that the lots run for 6am to 6pm and 6pm to 6am.
