I am so pleased that I made the decision to switch my pharmacy to Rivermont Guardian Pharmacy. The Pharmacy is genuinely interested in the well being of their Customer and are always willing to go the extra mile. The service and professional advice we've received at this pharmacy have gone so far that we recommend them to all our family and friends. Very helpful and kind! Sharan, the pharmacist, is amazing and knowledgeable. She is incredibly knowledgeable and takes the time to explain how to properly take the medication and possible side effects to be aware of. She made a blister packing of medications for my parents to remind them which pills to take and when! Highly recommend!!

Very helpful and friendly staff, customer service is top notch! Sharan and Harpreet, the pharmacists, really take their time going through each and every medication, explaining how and when to take them as well as all the potential side affects. Overall, they really do care about all their patients and make sure that their patients are getting what they need. Location is very convenient and easy to access, not to mention it is so clean!

We made Rivermont Pharmacy as our home Pharmacy. I visited to take medicine for my wife. I met with Sharan, she was very helpful and answered all my questions concerning my Medicines. She represents among the highest levels of customer service I have experienced. Information was accurate, responses to queries were turned around very fast, answers were clear and where necessary detailed enough for me to make informed decisions quickly, minimizing the end-to-end time to process transactions. We just went in for our second dose of vaccine. Dr. Honda (if I got the name right) was amazing with his dealing with patients and relatives who were waiting. Very well managed place with professional staff especially the young guy outside handing out the forms and the older gentleman supervising people into the pharmacy. God bless you all!

Fast and Friendly. Amazing staff and doctors. Called their number and spoke to a REAL PERSON (not some automated menu of worthless information) and setup an appointment for the next day. Couldn't be easier. Located in a strip mall, many places to grab a bite or to support other local business. Highly recommend.
