Indigo - Red Deer

I bit of unique review but I am an author of the Courage to Change Journal and did an author signing event at this location. I loved the vibe of this location. The staff were so friendly and chatty. They were always about helping customers and one another. Difintely as store where they care for their customers. They are also love books, I even walked out with a recommendation from Stacie. Cannot wait to visit again sometime soon.

It was busy AF, the staff went over and above their call of duty, and they were friendly throughout the whole process. I am still shocked how everyone on staff was able to be composed, polite and able to do rapid problem solving. The 2 dates I went were Dec 24 and 26. Everyone on staff deserves a raise.

There was this lady named cherry and she was so nice and literally carried, she actually went out into the store to help me find “they both die at the end” and as I was about to leave she found the book “no longer human” and rushed to give it to me. Literally Love you for that

Friendly knowledgeable staff. Clean environment, lots of selection as they have something for everyone. I love the gifts section as well ..so much more than just books 💜

Went to Starbucks here. People working here are incredible. Love coming to Chapters to read, look at new things.

Went day after boxing day. Lines were super long but staff was ready so it went quick.

One of my favorite things to do is grab a Starbs and walk around this store. There are so many amazing options for books, games, and home decor. Best book store!

There are some great people here. Warren is such a kind man and if you ever need someone to talk to it seems as if he would chat with anyone at all. So kind. The kids section is fantastic. There are good books here and the voluspa candle selection is so good and I couldn't say I've smelled or seen higher quality candles. Chapters, so much of what you need readily available. This one seems very well managed!

One of my favourite places to visit in Red Deer. I’m so grateful that bookstores still exist!

Kids events were SO FANTASTIC the kids had a great time and the employee running it had such an amazing attitude. Weather it is a lego event or a storytime. It always was a good time

If you like books you need shop here. The staff is friendly and super helpful. If they don't have it, they can probably get it. There is even a coffee shop inside this store.

I only went in to get a birthday card and found they have a pretty good selection. There were some different ones to choose from instead of the same ones I see all the time. I was able to find one I liked quickly.
Check out was quick, and I was happy that the young guy asked me if I had a rewards card, which I had forgotten about.

Huge shoutout to Stacie!! I came in a couple of days ago looking for a few manga vols for a gift, but nothing was in stock for what I needed. Stacie quickly suggested some new reads, and helped me find a new series which my friend loved!! She’s so informative and really sells a story so well. Also always a great experience at this chapters!

The staff are amazing. We were looking for a number of different types of books and any one of the staff that were asked were amazingly helpful.
