Great Bike shop Ellie ordered a Quick 3 for me. Victor built it and called me once it was ready. Great work guysI Very happy with the bike and Cycle Life service.

got some booties for the cold weather, a new chain and tech was quick to advise I had bought the wrong chain. got brake pads too. great service and good stock! conveniently off the 401 and on the way to trails via Brock north

Love this place! Got my bike serviced here a few years ago during COVID and they did it faster than Bike depot and better then where I bought it too, go to them first for everything because they are more affordable and have more knowledge than places like bike depot ect… instead of buying a new seat post they figured I all I had to do was affix it to my current and they changed it for free so I bought the tool to support such a great shop 😊

Simply the best bike shop I have been to! They will greet you as soon as you walk through the door and are always happy to help you find anything you need. I have been Mountain biking for over 20 years and heave dealt with many repairs at various shops. I can assure you that Cycle Life outperforms any other shop pertaining to cost to fix, quality of work and most importantly getting your bike back to you ASAP.

I have worked in customer service for most of my life, so I know when a shop is giving me a 5 star service experience, and every time I walk into the shop I get that same 5 star service. Cycle life has been my go to shop for some time now and I have never left there feeling neglect or wanting a better service/experience. Simply the BEST!!! I cannot stress this enough. I came here because of their high rating google rating and they did not disappoint!

My bike's rear wheel was bent for a while and the axle seemed to be getting loose as well. So, I brought in to these guys and they suggested the $100 tune-up and, since this bike hadn't been taken care of in long time, I thought it was time.
I just picked it up and they were able to fix the wheel so it is like new! The bike was spotless as they cleaned everything including the messy gears and chain which were caked in oil and dirt clumps (don't judge me).

Anyway, I have never been here before but I will not go anywhere else again. Great job to the whole team.

BTW, they were always welcoming and friendly whenever I came in. IT was a pleasure doing business with them.

Bought a new bike there last week. Staff was great, no pressure and they took the time to educate me on the different bikes and features. Can’t recommend them enough!

Fantastic customer service. Quicker then expected turn around. Professional and very friendly team. Had my 3 bikes fixed, 1 was done within few mins at no charge, 2 were returned perfectly done the next day. Very happy with Cycle Life.

Had new brakes installed and bled. Fast turn around and attention to detail. Very happy with this store and their excellent team. I have been taking my bikes to them the past few years and have always been treated very well. Highly recommend.

My motorcycle had some issues today outside there shoppe. Some gentleman from this store came out to help brought me out and Allen key and zip ties to re attach my license plate. All out of the kindness of his heart. God bless people like this. I would imagine there service would be the same and therefore would recommend to anyone. Thanks again for you help and rescue today

These guys understand customer service. They are in it to earn and keep your business for the long haul. Total confidence in their technical advice and support. Cant say enough good things about my experiences over the years.

I dealt with both the Pickering and Port Perry store to tune-up and fix an issue with my mountain bike. Both stores were very professional, and even though my issue was not fully resolved after the first visit, the team was very proactive in getting the situation remedied.

I brought it in to the Port Perry store and the lingering issue was fixed for me while I waited. A few new parts and it's good to go. Coupled with the tune-up from the Pickering store the bike feels better than new. Legitimately.

Would highly recommend.

I’ve been trying to look for a bicycle for myself for months now and everywhere is sold out because of the pandemic and border closure and everywhere I call, it’s either they’re sold out or no stock. I initially came across a Norco bike and the website said it was available but when I called the Pickering location, they said it might be sold out. However, the gentleman on the phone was very understanding and took the time to hear my needs and gave me a recommendation of another Norco bike which just happened to arrive on the truck the very same day! He even offered to have it built for me to come take a look and I can purchase it if I like it. I went by as promised and Scott helped me! Since you guys only let 1 customer in at a time, he was willing to wheel the bike to the door so my partner can see it and even let me ride it outside to try it. I ended up purchasing the bike and everyone in the shop was so nice and helpful. I had you guys install the bike bottle cage and the kick stand too and even recommended great helmets too. Great service overall! Thank you and stay safe.

Called on a Thursday night at 455pm...store closed at 5pm. Phone was answered, Matt advised come in tomorrow at 10am and we'll fix IT. GREAT SERVICE AND PRICES!!!

I cannot say enough about how great these people are. I had a accident and there were a number of things wrong with the bike as a result. Also, I got a broken wrist. In this age of supply chain backups and parts shortages, the folks there took fantastic care of me. Now my bike is ready to go and the minute my wrist gets a little better, I'm back in the saddle.

Elie is a great retailer. Always very nice when I come into the store.
They have excellent mechanics who know how to fix and maintain pretty much any bike or accessory.
I would highly recommend this shop.

Ordered a bike online from the bike depot down the street but I got lost and accidentally went here instead. The small interaction I had with the staff member was warm and very helpful and you could tell that he cared (even despite the shop being busy). Complete day and night compared to the nightmare that I experienced at the bike depot moments later (Check my review on their page). Will definitely be bringing my business here instead in the future.

I had gotten thorough help buying my first cyclobike! Went in looking for a winter riding set up my and came out with a confident smile on my face. Just a little tweaks needed here and there, but it's not problem. Looking forward shopping here again! ...Great owner and great service!

While it may not be the biggest store, it's a shop with genuine people who are kind and have passion for bicycles and just love bikes. That's what makes it the shop that it is. Highly recommend.

Just picked up two sweet Norco bikes yesterday and the service was amazing. Very friendly, polite and knowledgeable. Top notch service. Thanks to Matt for answering all my questions and helping me find the perfect bikes. I will be buying all my kids bikes from you too.
