Just great folks and fair prices. Solid selection of products, really helpful staff who've worked there for years. Active owners on-site every day. Their grass seed is excellent, saw shop is on point, and I'm usually in and out pretty quick! Recommended!

Great service. Short wait of 7-10 min to get inside and get some fresh grass seed. They scooped me a 10kg bag; while I waited an informed staff member mentioned the merits of two different backpack sprayers so I picked up the Husqvarna as the seals and strap padding seemed far superior. Lots of plants and garden tools. Check them out! 0u

We purchased a demo shredder from Integrity Sales November 6, 2021 as they did not have one in stock and I was anxious to do some light shredding. It was discovered when we got it home that it had such badly damaged blades that it would not even shred leaves and Integrity Sales agreed to replace both blades at no cost to us.

We waited over 8 months for the blades to arrive due to supply issues affecting many businesses all the while not being able to use the shredder. Once the blades came in, my husband tried to remove the damaged blades but could not get them off.

He took the machine to Integrity Sales for them to repair and after another month of waiting, my husband went to see them as we now had not been able to use the shredder for over 9 months. When my husband spoke to the manager, they agreed to give us a new replacement machine at no additional cost to us. We both thought that this was amazing customer service as we felt the issues were outside of their control.

I have used the shredder multiple times since we got it home and could not be more pleased with the job it does on my garden trimmings. Kudos to Integrity Sales for standing behind the products they sell and their thoughtful customer service.

Also want to mention that this little business has a lot of super landscape and hobby farm supplies. I am glad we found them

Great place to find a wide variety of items for farm and yard. There's often a wait of a couple of minutes to get assistance at the counter but they're a small business and I'm happy to wait for good service.

They offer a discount on gloves if they're bought for work which is a nice littler perk. I wish they were open Mondays but I get that they need to be open Sat. and want a full weekend.

We have done business with Integrity for over twenty years. Over that period of time the serving staff have occasionally come up short. Very occasionally. However the core values of this store are rock solid. Recently we left our venerable chain with them for a winter tune up. When I called for it I was notified that they had had a theft and that our chainsaw left with the burglars. I prepared myself for the usual dodge and weave tactic which almost all retailers adopt when they have to resolves a problem for which they are completely responsible. No such thing occurred with Integrity. They accepted full responsibility in spite of the fact their insurance did not cover the theft. We were given a beautiful, new,up graded chain saw along with extra cans of chainsaw fuel. All this was done with curtsey. We thank the entire staff at Integrity for all their good work over the years, and assure them we appreciate their Integrity.

Never been here before, never really knew it was here. Looks like a great place, they even sell soil. Staff were helpful and friendly. I was looking for a gas cap. They didn't have what I was looking for , but were able to find one on a broken machine and I got it for a REALLY good price!

Just purchased a Husqvarna 3 in 1 push lawnmower.
I had previously purchased a grass trimmer there 3-4 years ago.
It was preassembled, he filled it with gas and made sure it started (first pull) before I left.

Integrity is a great place to get a wide variety of items. I've come here to purchase weed whackers and chainsaw parts, but they sell outdoor fencing materials, garden topsoil, riding lawn mowers, hoses, buckets and so much more. Convenient location on Keating Cross Rd and staff are always helpful

This is the place to go for all farm and yard care products. I have been shopping there for my supplies for years and all the staff go out of there way to help and make the visit successful. Just purchased chicks there and wish I had purchased my lawn tractor there. Tried another place and regretted it.

Dwight and his crew are amazing! They provide an extremely valuable service to the farmers of Saanich and surrounding gulf islands. There is a great selection of tools, feed and supplies. Farming organically can be a challenging lifestyle, but this place makes it possible by supplying farmers with what they need.

Always helpful. Lots of products for an amateur gardener like me. Professional farmers and experienced gardeners would like it. Tree selection is weak need tips or hints for your yard etc. Talk to these folks
