Had an issue with my well which necessitated a service call. Issac and Herman showed up before end of day and had the pressure switch hose cleaned and pressure switch replaced (I wanted a new one). Notably, I asked if I could watch and they were more than willing, taking the time to explain the whats and whys as well as common maintenance tips I could do to limit further service calls. Top notch outfit! Would recommend and will certainly use again.

Isaac was fantastic to deal with! Prompt service with a quick diagnosis and fix! Highly recommend!

Reached out to Steeves yesterday afternoon...new submersible pump installed by Lee and Neil who arrived at 3:30 finished up before 4:45. Amazing service. Thank you Lee & Neil. Water is all back to normal today. :) Would highly recommend. They also helped my wife in the house with her groceries upon arriving.

The water pump stopped working last night and after reaching out to 2 other companies they put me in touch with ER Steeves. Within a few hours of calling a tech called me back and was on the way. They solved the issue and replaced my tank and were in and out in no time at all. Lee & Isaac were lovely. I highly recommend this company and will use them again.

I had my water softener installed last year by this company and Lee was the technician that installed it. Today i wanted to change the water filter but couldn't open the canister tank.I called the office and the lady said someone would call when they had a moment.Lee called back within the hour and said he'd stop by a bit later in the day.When i saw him, i recognized him from the install last year.He and his partner were so kind and so patient with me. I am extremely grateful knowing that this company only hires the best. I would definitely recommend E R Steeves Ltd and Lee for all your water needs.

Called E R Steeves this morning at around 7:00AM about my well pump not working. They were here by 11:00. Installed and fitted a new pump and pressure tank, water was ready to go in the house after flushing the system by around 1:30. Really happy with the quick turnaround time. Bill was higher than I was hoping for, but I must say they were friendly, efficient, and very knowledgeable and did a top quality job. I recommend E R Steeves if you want some peace of mind that the job will be done properly and promptly.

As for the company as a whole, they answered our call promptly and got to our house quickly as we had no water and needed a new pump. Their service was excellent with very fair rates! Submersible pump would not hold pressure Called at 9 a.m., crew arrived around 10a.m. was expertly repaired and gone in an hour.

These guys were simply awesome. Lee and Isaac showed up today after my pump stopped pumping water. They rightly conjectured that air had gotten into the pipes of my jet pump on my well. They showed me how to re-prime the pump and got the thing up in running in a couple of minutes. Highly recommend this company and this team. Big shout out to Isaac and Lee - and a ton of gratitude to Steeves Ltd.

We`ve been having ground water going into our well for sometime now, I called the original well drillers to come for a service call and had a horrible experience.
Steeves came highly recommended so I called them. They were quick to get back to me and Sent out Lee & Scott (2 Great Guy`s) they pounded down the well casing and then took care of my water tank needs.
They were very friendly and informative to keep updated on what needed to be done so we did it. They also gave me info on how to have my water tank system properly maintained each year.

Came in almost $1000 less than the other guys in town for installation of filter, water softener, and tannin filter which is why we originally went with them. However, when a small leak developed due to a fitting being sealed improperly, Lee and his crew came over within 30 minutes of me texting him to address the issue (at no charge, I might add). Highly recommend E R Steeves! Outstanding service!!

Just a few hours later they made their way here, fixed my problem AND taught me how to do it myself for future reference. They truly have the spirit of “neighbours helping neighbours”. The service guy showed up around 4 and quickly found it was a bad pump. He was very friendly and professional and we had water by 6:15. They try to never leave a customer without water. So grateful Lee fixed our water. I think his name was Lee .I'm bad with names. I highly recommend e r steeves

When we lost water pressure, we checked several things before asking E R Steeves for a cost estimate to replace our pump. based on limited information, we were given a rough estimate, followed by some great advice and troubleshooting, through which, the issue was traced to a faulty pressure switch. rather than a bill for over $1000, we had our water pressure back for under $50. Nice to have knowledgeable and honest professionals in our community.

My well dried up on me the day my new tenants moved in. I called ER Steeves at 8:30am and explained my situation. They met me in Sussex right away, walked the property down and determined the best place to drill. They mobilized the equipment and had everything set up by 3:00pm and drilled the following morning. I can't express how satisfied I am with their service and professionalism. 100% recommend!
