Beautiful spot, quiet and cozy! The domes/cabins are laid quite a bit apart which is really nice for privacy! The roads leading up to it are In pretty good shape and we had zero trouble finding it! We were greeted by Skye as we drove in where she went over everything from how to get to the dome to how to use the hot tub! She was very friendly and helpful. Lots of board games and yard games to play to keep us occupied! Over all a great stay we will return!

Ridgeback does not disappoint! We stayed in the dream dome, it’s equipped with everything you need to unplug from a busy world! Surrounded by nature, this place is where you go for some much needed peace and quiet. The wood fire hot tub is just the icing on the cake! I highly recommend this place, the owners are amazing and go above and beyond to make sure your experience is exactly what you want! We will definitely be returning.

We had a wonderful stay at the Deer Run cabin. Skye was a charm. She taxied us to our lodge after we got stuck in the snow trying to drive up the entryway and boosted our car before we left. The cabin was so cozy with the fireplace heat and super comfy king sized bed. The place was loaded with puzzles and board games. We really enjoyed the exterior hot tub and trails around the location. Beautiful spot for a nature getaway. Definitely recommend. We will come again!

Amazing place!!!! After a minor mishap with the 3rd party booking, Skye contacted us immediately to offer us a super great option. We absolutely loved the place and the owners are very kind and helpful. Stayed in one of their newer dome with beautiful unique landscape and brilliant outdoor shower. You immediately see that they have put their amazing creative touch with heart, we have never stayed at such a beautiful setting. The pond had multiple choices of different boats which was also fun to try out, and water was great to swim in. Huge frogs on the outskirts of pond were also real fun! Walking trails were great and had a few fun surprises here and there! (And surprisingly very few mosquitoes :) ! ) Also loved the wooded spot called ‘Leave your Mark’ equipped with chisel and hammer for carving initials. We will be back for sure!!!!

This is a beautiful spot. We stayed at the secret garden dome which was beautiful. It was off grid but it was so quiet and peaceful. The landscaping was beautiful and can't say enough about the pond. It was mine and my husbands favorite spot. We even walked around the trail which had beautiful scenery and little touches along the walk. My husband and I plan on going back for our anniversary again next year.

My husband and I stayed here for an early spring getaway. We were in the Robin’s Nest cabin and we truly could not have been happier. We arrived in the evening after a wonderful drive and friendly greeting from our hosts. We drove up to our cabin and unpacked and finally took in the scenery. The hot tub which we added into our stay was incredible and well worth it. The barbecue was my husband’s new best friend for the entirety of our stay and he cooked almost every meal on it. He also tended to the fire during the days and nights. It was a great experience for the both of us as people who love the outdoors, and a couple who wanted de-stress. Every detail that was put into the making and decorating of the cabin did not go unnoticed (the guest log, fresh pressed linens, an oscillating fan, board games, and most of all, the path of rose petals that we added onto our stay!) We could not stop talking about how incredible the whole trip was and since we have returned to normal city life, we wish we were back cuddling in front of the warm fire. We could not recommend this place enough. We will tell everyone we know to stay at Ridgeback Lodge and explore around the Kingston peninsula. We ended up exploring trying to find a grocery store and went on a ferry. It was not what we had expected for the morning, but it was wonderful. We hope to come back to the very same cabin again this year and enjoy Ridgeback Lodge in the summertime. If you are considering staying here, please do!

A great place to get away from the world as we know it. No phone, no tv and no internet. It’s quiet, tucked away in the woods with lots of privacy, a great little lake and walking trails that are easy to navigate. Thank you to the staff for giving us a quiet, peaceful weekend away from life.

Where to start!
I couldn’t be more please to be getting to share my experience, wow. My wife and a couple friends booked this spot last minute. 5 minute drive from the Quispamsis ferry, tons of great fishing spots, and wood for purchase upon arrival! The cabins are beautiful, and the whole property is an absolute dream. Super friendly, inviting and seriously the
best hosts you could ever ask for. Even gave us a tour around the property right before leaving to check out the pond. Ring toss, to canoes to play around with, Adults only, couldn’t of asked for a better time. Will be going back again soon, as should anyone reading this review!

What a treat this was. An amazing experience! Strange you don’t realize how dependant on technology you are. Be prepared to be unplugged. :) Clean and owners pay attention to details. The dream dome was STACKED! Everything you would need. The hot tub was a bit of work to get going bit stayed warm for the two days. It was worth the little work it took to get it going. We had our anniversary weekend in one of the skydomes and the whole experience was wonderful. Everything we needed was available. The view and the quiet were lovely. First time staying and it definitely won't be our last

We spent 3 nights in Sky Dome 3 for our honeymoon. I cannot express how amazing this whole experience was. The dome was immaculate and equipped with anything you could ever need! The bed was very comfortable as well. We loved the loft and views. The wood fired hot tub was my absolute favorite. Tucked away in the woods with a trickling stream right beside it. So relaxing. During the day time we enjoyed the pond with canoe and kayaking, games and bonfires. We also loved the nature trails and left our mark in the trees 🥰 the owners take great pride in absolutely everything they have poured their hearts into here and does it ever show! We cannot wait to come back. Thank you for resetting our souls ❤

Loved it. Already want to go back, perhaps a different season next time. We stayed in a Sky Dome for two nights. So clean and well-kept. Full kitchen & bathroom. Climate controls were excellent. Loft with a sky window. Splurge for the hot tub, otherwise you'll be staring at it for your entire stay.

Very private settings. Well stocked kitchen, oversize bar refrigerator all regular utensils and pots pans. Tea and coffee. Great getaway off grid. Cell reception is spotty at best which is a good thing. Once you check in you are given a quick run down on what you need to know and left alone for the duration of the stay. Hot tub is great. Holds the heat well, was warm enough to have a morning coffee the next day. We will definitely return to Dome #2.

The place is perfect for a romantic no electronic no bothering gateway. The owner was really kind and went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. He also gave very useful tips about things to do around the campground too. We spent 2 days celebrating our 10th anniversary and we honestly wanted to extend it for a week.

This resort should be on everyone's bucket list. It is more than glamping. It is luxury in the trees of New Brunswick. There is so much privacy. A perfect opportunity to unwind and re-connect with loved ones.

What an amazing place! Everything was great from the warm and cozy dream dome with a beautiful view to the wood fire hot tub. The host's have done are excellent job of offering everything you need for a very romantic, relaxing and private getaway!

We stayed here during mild winter days at the end of Feb. -4 to 4 degrees. No complaints, no issues with the dome or hot tub.

This trip was given to us as a Christmas gift from our daughter and son in law, and this place did not disappoint. It was amazing, trails to walk, a pond to sit by or paddle a boat on. The view of the night sky was breath taking and the hot tub was so nice. All I can say it is a must for a mini vacation. ;)

We had such an amazing stay in one of the dream domes, it was very cozy and comfortable, and had everything we might need. The hot tub was so relaxing and the stove was all ready to go when we arrived. It rained while we were here so we will definitely be coming back, we need a chance to hike in the trails and kayak in the pond. Definitely the most beautiful and peaceful place I have stayed and can't wait until next time!

Our second time back and we're still at in love with this place! We booked the dream-dome and had it live up to our expectations. With the kitchenette, and bathroom right in the dome, it means you can enjoy the outdoors experience without abandoning the basic comforts of home. We booked the hot tub, which was wonderful given the cool fall evening that made the hot tub even more cozy! Quiet, cozy, and romantic, this is the place for every couple - even those who don't love traditional camping!
