Great service and experience as always. I was able to make an appointment to switch out my tires and do an oil change with just a days notice (not always possible but thankful they could do it this time) and leave my car there for the weekend. Great communication, great service as always.

Anderson Prescision did an engine replacement for me over two years ago. They actually took the body right off the chassis.
Recently I noticed pinging going on again, upon emailing them I was told to bring it in. They changed the oil as it was almost a year since the last change. They put in a thicker oil which seems to have reduced the pinging once warmed up a bit. At that time Brosnan and Carrie said they were going to reach out to the builder of the engine to see if they can look into things farther and covered by the
builder. Though they expected it might be up to two weeks before they heard back it was the next day I got a call to bring it back in as they got the thumbs up. They have my F150 now and they have given me a loaner to use during this time.
They work in a very professional manner and know there stuff.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend these people if you need some work done on your vehicles.

Truck decided that the engine did not need cooling as we got off the ferry. These guys checked the truck out, gave us a quote and did the job in super quick time. Communication was great and from what I can see the work has been spot on. Every person we met said how good the garage is so lots of local confirmation of their quality.

I always have complete trust with Anderson Auto Pro. They are responsive and get the job done quickly in a cost effective manner. Highly recommended. I recently had to buy 2 new front tires after a nail pierced one right by the sidewall and they recommended not the most expensive brand and gave good reasons why.

My truck went into the dreaded limp mode, I suspected the worst but they were able to diagnose the problem with the DEF system and run a few other software upgrades and fixed the issue in no time at a very reasonable cost. They were super polite and communicative through the process. I’ve never experienced service like this at any other shop I’ve dealt with. I highly recommend them.

These guys are absolutely A+, the attention to detail and great positive attitudes at the front counter. Paired with honest clean and professional mechanics in the shop is the reason I choose Anderson Auto, and couldn't imagine going anywhere else. Got a sudden flat tire (large nail) mid route on my deliveries, on the Pat Bay Highway. Went straight to the gas station, corner of the hwy and Sayward Rd. The employee at Anderson’s Auto Pro there dropped everything and repaired my tire so I could continue my work day. Super nice people!

I pulled in because my work fleet car felt out of control while steering. They checked all the tire bolts and pressure, then took it for a drive. I was worried because I’d just left the ferry and had to drive to Parksville, and the car didn’t feel safe. When the mechanic returned from the test drive, he asked how much weight I had in the back? I had just finished moving and had several hundred pounds of work product in the back. Never even thought of that!!!! I drove carefully back home to Parksville and removed all the stuff from my car and it was driving back to normal again!!!!! AND, they didn’t even charge me!!!! Just wished me Happy Holidays and a safe ride home!!! They made my Christmas! Definitely recommend them and will start bringing my personal car there for servicing. They’ve always provided quality service, and are great at providing details and keeping the customer in the loop on what they are doing. Will take the time to provide quotes that work in your budget as well, and have loaner vehicles which is incredibly helpful. Would recommend!

I am very happy with the customer service at Anderson auto. I’d been having ongoing issues with my alarm going off. After diagnosing it turned out to be my windshield had a leak and water was entering my fuse box. This made sense as it happened in the spring (rainy season) and miraculously it stopped in the summer (dry season) but continued randomly going off in the fall. I can’t tell you how much PTSD it caused randomly going off at all hours of the day and night! They referred me to a great auto glass repair place and sourced a used fuel box to save me some money. I would happily refer Anderson auto to anyone.

These guys are amazing. I was 1,300 km from home when some mice chewed out the wiring on my truck overnight. Bronson immediately went to work on diagnosing the issue, offered me a loaner vehicle, and had the work done by the following day after getting parts overnight. Even though they were not close to where I happened to be staying, they were the only shop that was happy to prioritize my vehicle. Absolutely fantastic service and would recommend them to anyone.

Called for a out of province inspection, I was in and out the same morning. They were professional , I could not tell anybody even touched the car. Very respectable people. Thank you for the fast and polite service.

Honestly it was an amazing experience. They assessed my vehicle thoroughly and gave my son instructions how to fix what they found wrong!!! And when I got the part from NAPA, they told me that Andersons dead their top place to deal with!

Carrie is outstanding. My truck broke down on the way to pick up my daughter at UVIC and make a return Ferry reservation. She squeezed me in, and we made our Ferry. Thanks to you all. I will bring my truck to you in the future.
