Abinash and staff treated us very well. Got a flat tire late in day and they were able to deal with for us. Great service and everything done extremely well. We will be back.

I had a great experience dealing with Derek, Bo and the guys at the Keating Cross Rd. Location. They fitted my pickup out with slick new mud tires and rims.
Definitely recommend that location.

The mechanics here are great at what they do. I’ve been coming here for over a year and they are always fast to fix the problem with no issue. I went today to get my car looked at, when a problem was found they had no problem dealing with the dealership I had just purchased the car from. Huge rave to Bo, his knowledge and customer service is amazing. He was super helpful with all of the questions I had and just went above and beyond. Get your cars work done here!

'Tis the season for a tire swap. My usual shop refused to do the swap, so I was looking up other places and I'm glad I chose Kal Tire.

The service was top notch and speedy too! They completed the swap in a third of the time my usual place took. The only thing they couldn't beat was the price, but I'm more than happy to pay a little more for this kind of experience. Thanks again to everybody at this location for the great all around experience- I will be back!

Been coming here for years, excellent customer service, efficient, friendly staff. The manager, Bo, works his butt off at the desk and gets it done.

Just had my rims swapped out, the guys in the Tire shop did a great job. The service Rep William was great to deal with he was getting dirty as well. The Saturday crew worked there butts off. The team cycle from vehicles to walk-ins tire pressure checks. I hope this crew gets recognized for their hard work.

Super helpful got my tire fixed in less then 40 minutes and I was on my way

5 stars because of one of the front desk guys who stepped up and got a 5 minute tire change done rather then making me wait a day hopefully the rest of the team fallows his can do attitude

The technical support & sales representative are knowledgeable & patient with female clients. I was exceptionally pleased to note at the Brentwood location that a female is part of the team in the garage department!

I have dealt with a number of Kal Tires in the past. The Keating Cross road location in Victoria is by FAR the best tire buying experience I have had. Both William and Bo are very professional, honest and cordial definite assets to the organization. I would highly recommend this business to anyone requiring their variety of services.

The recommendation of Nitto Motivo tires for my Mustang GT’s second set to replace 10 year old BFG originals was great! Totally improved the nature of the car based on my preferences.

Just had new tires installed and an alignment. Staff were terrific, quality of work top notch and prices reasonable. They gave us a good recommendation on choice of tires and arranged them to be shipped promptly from Vancouver, then arranged an appointment quickly. We highly recommend this shop.

Went in for an oil change and brakes (front and back) and they not only beat the quote that another shop gave me by a long shot but they also looked at my brakes and told me I didn't need them for at least a year. (The other shop told me I needed them now) (Great prices and best of all they are cheerful and honest!!!)

Came through today to have a patch done on my tractor tire and they performed the job immediately, this shop appears very well run and a higher level of care was certainly noticeable all around. Definitely worth the drive to come here even if you live or work closer to another location.

My wife and I are visiting from the states and had a flat tire. After crossing our fingers the next day we arrived at KalTire on Keating St. It seems the tire we needed wasn't on the island and would not be there for another 4 days. Not the news we wanted to hear, but Bo advised us that a co worker, Drew would drive us back to our home. I was stunned. Over the top customer service unheard of in the States. Many thanks to Kal Tire, Bo and Drew for their exceptional customer service. They both deserve a nice raise and promotion. .#feelinggrateful

The tire pressure warning light came on today, no indication which tire could be deflating, I stopped by KalTire and without any hesitation, an employee came out, checked all 4 tires and found one with lower pressure, re-inflated the tire and send me on my way with no charge. Will keep an eye on this tire. Superior service at KalTire.
