The second I stepped into the shop I was greeted with such good vibes. I just got into biking and don’t really know much about what’s what. The guys here were super helpful and patient in helping me find the right bike for me. Amazing customer service and a clean professional shop. Shane and the team are great. I once took my bike in to get it fixed, and the mechanic (who no longer works there) made a huge error which resulted in larger issues.

Shane was professional, apologized profusely, assured me the mechanic was no longer there, and fixed my bike for free + refunded the previous service.

They're honest, and will steer you towards a cheaper option (gear, parts, etc) if they know it will suit your needs better.

Went in the other day looking for some replacement brake pads for my ebike, the staff member working was friendly and professional, he showed me the replacement pads which came from the factory which they had in stock but he also showed me another set which could be a bit better for durability and were actually about 10 dollars less expensive. In the end I went with the new brand of pads and they are working great. Really happy with the service I received, will definitely be back for my next parts or accessories purchase!

Shane was great! We called a few days before our visit and were able to schedule wheel truing for both my wife's and my bike - only took a few hours before we had our bikes back and we were on the road. If you are from OOT and need some work done call ahead and you can reserve an appointment. Shop/store is very well supplied with just about everything you might need.

Shane is a beauty. Was able to get my bike in on short notice so I could squeeze in a few rides while visiting. Great service and bike feels amazing.

Picked up new bikes for the family from Brentwood Cycle this spring (including an electric one which has turned out to be a ton of fun!!). Gary, Shane and Rob are very friendly, knowledgeable and provide great service. They even sold our old bikes! We couldn't be happier having Brentwood Cycle as our local bike shop.

Scott offers the best service in town. I just bought two brand new bikes from him last summer and could not be happier! Mine in the Optic and my girlfriend's is a Charger. Good prices and cares about this customers!

I have gone there a few times. The store is Awesome, staff are very helpful, know what they are talking about and do not try to push items on you that you dont need. They have become our go to bike store for sure.

This Norco Indie bike Brentwood Cycle sold me is Unbelievable! Blows my other one from Sport Chek which was suppose to be good out of the water! Its so dam powerful, Im passing everyone.. Flies up hills with so little effort. Works Perfect. I Super Love It. Ive been riding for days.. Cant Stop! This bike shop really helped me out to pick the perfect Dream Bike! Now I can go Anywheres! Only way to see this island is by Bike!

Shane and his crew are the best in the business. Got my bike set up tubeless and they did an excellent job. The wheels are nice and clean (no spilled sealant) and they also fixed my brake leaver which was bent before at no additional cost!

Shane and his team went above and beyond to help me when my Salsa Fargo frame snapped and needed to be warrantied. They took care of all the logistics, gave me a great deal on the repairs, and were super responsive and communicative about everything. 110% recommend this shop! Highly professional and honest.

So impressed that Shane was able to save the day! He understood how we needed a quick repair in a time crunch that several others had attempted without success, and took the time to fix up a bike so we could enjoy the weekend! Very knowledgeable!

I have walked into Brentwood Cycle twice needing emergency derailleur adjustments/repairs while I have been on trips. Both times, they have shoe horned me in and dealt with my bike immediately and fixed the problems. By any standards, this is excellent service.
Friendly and helpful. Excellent Service. Good stock of locks, lights, etc. These are all good things. I will absolutely go back when I'm in the area.

I was having a problem with the gears on my bike and called first thing in the morning. Shane said to bring it in and he'd have a look. Within 30 minutes I was out the door with my bike back in working order.

Excellent, speedy service at a very reasonable price. Shane was honest and didn't try to upsell; just fixed what was needed.

I LOVE my new bike! Shane and staff were knowledgeable, professional, friendly and worked with me to find the perfect e-bike. I spent a fair bit of time in the shop while I was making a decision and noticed how they interact with customers - new and obvious regulars. I can't say enough about these guys and highly recommend them if looking for a new bike or for ongoing maintenance.
