I recently had to go to see them since I hit something with the car, and you could see some metal sheet bent underneath the car. They looked at it, fixed it quite quickly and free of charge.
It wasn’t much, it probably took them about 15 minutes to fix it, however, you cannot buy honesty.
So, if you are looking for an honest dealership with exceptional professional services, I highly recommend it. Special thanks Roman and Alexi for their promptness and their professional approach in dealing with customers.

I went to this dealer in regards to an issue with condensation in my rear passenger tail light. The tail light was replaced but the situation never improved after 2 visits. Oleksiy the Service manager stepped up to the plate and promised the situation would be resolved. It took a few appointments too finally have the issue corrected by him and his team. I am happy to say that after the last visit that the problem seems to have finally been fixed. I am so thankful for the commitment made by Olekisy to resolve the problem no matter how long it took. I would also like to thank Nico for his caring attitude in dealing with this problem as well. Honda Des Sources is very fortunate to have these two individuals as part of their team. Will definitely recommend them .

We had really great service here especially by Nico the Supervisor (manager) in charge. Originally we thought there was an issue with our car and were very frustrated but upon inspection Nico and his team took the time to notice the error was really where my tires had been changed (not with Honda). He was kind enough to explain to us the issue and gladly fixed the problem. Thank you Honda des Sources for your patience and your kind service. It is beyond appreciated 😊

I was driving and I suddenly felt a wobble in my front-left side. Luckily I was close to Honda Des Sources. I pulled in one hour before the Service Center closed before the long weekend holiday. Even though I didn't have an appointment and they were booked for the rest of the day, they looked at my car anyways. Thankfully it was a quick and easy fix. I am grateful to the Service Manager & the technician for the great service!

Had my 2017 Odyssey serviced for a B123 maintenance minder, the first time at Honda Des Sources, just before the holidays. Shawn was my service desk advisor. He was honest enough to tell me that I didn’t need to do two of the four services as it showed on their records that they were recently performed. That saved me a couples hundred dollars! I was a happy camper. I highly recommend them and give Shawn and the team a high-five stars. Thanks!

He answered all our questions and was very helpful, even on his day off he was quickly responding to my e-mails which I really appreciated! At the finance department, Mr Savoie was great too! I have been going to Honda des sources ever since I got my first car after nursing school. And I will keep going because they do great service. The service director Oleksiy Starovoytov is a nice person. Very kind and human. He is always there to listen to my concern and offer me any additional service promptly. I have met him few days for my honda civic and he has shown me he is in fact the service director and does a great job! Also Nicolas at service is always smiling and does a good service.

I have never had such a great experience like this one. I ended up buying a 2024 honda crv hybrid. The professionalism from Maricar and Bakr was exceptional. The day I went to get my car the staff are super friendly from the receptionist to the finance manager. Keep up the good work! Super impressed!!

The service team is always so nice at Honda Sources. Our wheel nut lock kit recently went missing which is complicated to replace. The manager, Oleksiy replaced it at no charge.

I would like to thank Oleksey and his team for the outstanding customer service. I came in with several concerns and left an hour later with what felt like a brand new car. Oleksey and the staff are very efficient, highly trained professionals - they really know what they are doing and I appreciate that they pay a lot of attention to customer needs. If you have any issue or question, I advise you to contact Oleskey - this guy really listens, explains and makes your problems disappear. Excellent service, highly recommend!

I have been doing my routine maintenance here for almost 11 years now. There have been a few hiccups along the way but they have always corrected the issue satisfactorily. Overall I'm very happy with the service. If they continue their level of dedication and results, I will continue being a customer until my car is put out to pasture, which may be a long time yet given it's a Honda.
