I hired Ruby at H & R video after the funeral director at Riverside Funeral Home & Crematorium had recommended him. He assured me that he would be there half an hour early, so around 2:30. The service started at 3. On the day of the service, this man shows up LATE by 5 to 10 mins. So around 3:07, i saw him rushing to set up his camera. Because of his tardiness not only the begining of the service isnt recorded but there are no shots of the entrance table, and there is nothing of the family members(mostly kids) saying their final goodbye to their grandfather. But the quailty was fine. Had it no been for him showing up late and missing a few things, i would have left a decent review. DO BETTER!!!

Please don’t hire him, the funeral home recommends them but don’t hire them. He never shows up. He sent up a link and sent it over but the day of he was a no show, We called him multiple time and he never picked up his calls. He later on messaged saying don’t call me aggressively. If I could give 0 stars I would. He’s literally the WORST

I have used several professional photographers in the last few years and this is by far the worst photography work i have experienced. I recently used them for my daughters 1st birthday and regret it so much. The quality of the pictures were just so shocking. I cannot believe they can charge money for the dismal quality of work they provide. A majority of the pictures were blurry, the colouring and lighting were way off and there was absolutely not an iota of artistic skill. It is astounding that these so-called photographers charge money for the kind of garbage they provide. So so unhappy.

Hired Ruby for the funeral service, he never showed up, the link he sent was showing someone else's service. He stopped picking up our calls after. Appalling.

This is by far the WORST PHOTOGRAPHY work i have experienced. I booked them for my engagement photos and video and regret it so much. My engagement was on February 23 2019, I called them after two weeks to get an update on the video. These guys said, they will call me once its ready. I waited for one month, no calls, no update at all. I Called them back after a month and came to know they damaged the chip somehow. I told them to get it fixed, They said they will call me once they'll have it fixed. I waited for another 2 months, still no update. I was calling them almost everyday to get an update if its fixed, every single time they say the same thing "they will call me tomorrow". After waiting for almost four months, my fiance called him and the guy was so rude to my fiance over the phone, He literally said "He will not provide us our video". His words were "take your money and take the chip, get it fixed on your own". When we finally decided to take our money back, he started saying "he will not return us the money now". Today is July 17, 2019 and we still haven't received our chip. RIDICULOUS SERVICE. These people are CHOR. PLEASE DONT BOOK THEM FOR ANY OF YOUR EVENTS.
Engagement and wedding happens only once in a lifetime and the reason we book photographers for these events is because we want to capture the best memories that we want to remember. Please stay away from them if you don't want your special memories to get ruined.
The main guy (rupi) doesn't know how to talk to customers. He was so rude to us.
Mistakes Happen, We all get that. But the unwillingness of the company to take ownership over the issue was completely unacceptable. I wish we can give negative rating on google.
IN MY 25 YEARS, I'VE NEVER HAD EXPERIENCED SUCH A BAD SERVICE.

They are the WORST photographer company, we hired them for the funeral service for our family member and they never showed up and gave us the wrong link, that never worked and they never answered our calls. Please never hire them for anything.
