After moving to a new city, I was searching for a mechanic and I'm SO grateful I found MST Automotive Repair. They have done my out of province inspection, and are now my go-to for anything car related! Got new winter tires from them as well a month ago. This is a place I really really trust (which can be hard to find sometimes). The owner is also just so kind and welcoming!

I can’t believe I just met an angel mechanic!! Called about headlamp replacement for B200. He said come on down!!! I was quoted $140 plus bulb minimum at more than one shop. This angel did it in minutes for basically the cost of the bulb. So glad I found you!!! Thank you thank you THANK YOU

Trying to add another review!! Once again recently had my vehicle inspected and repaired by Al and his team. He worked to hard to find parts for me at a reasonable price and they worked overtime on a Friday to get the job done! All you ladies or men out there who have had trust issues come see Al. 10 Stars!!

I have been using MST Automotive repair for over 10 years now. They are simply the best mechanics I have ever used! They do great work at a very reasonable price. They are always willing to help you out no matter how big or small the job.

Al and his team are the best mechanics in the lower mainland maybe all of BC. I brought both my cars to Al for years. Always received great costumer service, incredible work and never felt I was being taken advantage of!

Recently, I have started looking for a local auto repair shop and found Al and MST. Been to it for couple of services so far. My most recent experience with MST and Al, the owner, is praise worthy. Though the job was a simple one, the service that I received from Al was, by no means, lessen. He even let me drive the car for a week to make sure the repair is good before I actually paid for it.
Glad to find a good, honest, reasonably priced and locally operated auto repair shop. Now, I am more confident in keeping my 2009 GTI which I like very much running with Al and the MST team looking after it. Thanks, Al (and your team)!

Can't say enough about the friendly, fair and kind service I have had dealing with Al at MST - He's been my mechanic for 10 years and I can always count on him.

Al and his staff are fantastic to deal with. They are very professional and the quality of their work is fantastic. Al will identify the areas that need addressing and does not do unnecessary work. I have gotten to know Al over the years and trust taking my car to him for service and repairs, small or large. He is honest and stands by his work. I would recommend MST auto to anyone needing service on their car regardless of the brand.

I've been dealing with Al at MST for almost 9 years now. We've been bringing 3 different cars of our own in for all the servicing. I always recommend him to family and friends. Al and his team at MST Automotive are amazing! I've been ripped off numerous times by other service shops who never give me the full details as to why they have to do the repairs they are doing. What I really appreciated with Al is that (1) he helped solve one of problems with my car without even having to bring it in! He helped me over the phone, free of charge, and (2) when he did have repairs to do, he took me into the shop to show and explain to me why he needed to do the repairs. Al builds a foundation of trust at his shop and he literally does this work because he loves it and wants to help people. I trust him so much now that I recommend to everyone I know who has car troubles to go to his shop! Thanks Al and team, you are all gems! :)

Al was helpful over the phone and asked certain questions of what was happening with my 535XI. I left it for the day and it was what he suspected from the start. Great experience and easy to deal with. Al and his team know there stuff!

Owner Al Mawji, his right-hand mechanic Raj, and their team are professional, efficient and highly-knowledgeable, not to mention, they have competitively priced parts and labour. I've been looking for years to fill the void that Port Moody's German Motors left when they closed up shop, and MST checks all the boxes. I'm thrilled to have found such honest guys to work on my VW Cabrio who show they truly care. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anybody, especially if your vehicle is an import. I was getting very frustrated with current mechanic & then my car heater stopped working & they couldn't find the problem. I mentioned my concern to a friend & she recommended me to Al at MST Auto. When I took my car into MST, they had a courtesy car waiting for me. They had my car for 2 days and they were able to locate the problem & fix it at a minimal charge!! Al even went out of his way to call me a few days after, to make sure that everything was good & there weren't any problems. I have also had oil changes & my clutch replaced since. I own a 99 Saturn & I bought it used in 2004 & the clutch finally went in 2016. I am extremely relieved that I have finally found a mechanic that is honest & trustworthy. Al & his staff have always been extremely friendly, courteous & their knowledge/skill base is over the top! I can honestly say that I fully trust MST Auto to do any maintenance & repairs to my car.
